"Four CNC-machined aluminium rotary encoders with signature Bentley knurling", i think it has enough mmmmmmmotorsport. As for the Porsche csl elite vgt steering wheel it is already known that the Porsche emblem is the button for the tunning menu. So saying it can be used as a horn it is false. This button can not be mappable to any other function. Also since it is in the csl elite line the cost should be from 200€ - 250€. If it is a bit more special it might go a bit higher but i suspect no more than 280€ . . . . Nice presentation though
Opinions are always subjective. I don't think that the price justifies the plastic buttons and joystick but if you are happy with what you get for the price, that is a good thing. Well, I must have misunderstood then, my error, but thank you for clearing this up. I will have your comment pinned to inform the viewers. The cost is still not known and while that would be a good price, I expect it more around 300€, but again, its speculation and we will see soon.
@@SimulatedDrivingResource the type of plastic buttons have to be there for some reason (maybe?) since it ''Meets FIA standards'' according to the specs-features on Fanatec site. But this steering wheel, which happens to be out of my economical reach also, has many features to value it's cost i think. Not to mention the Bentley name cost lol. As for the cost of the Porsche vgt csl elite steering wheel is still not known for sure. If you check though the licensed steering wheels in the CSLelite line they sell for 200€ with QR1lite. The cheapest licensed Clubsport steering wheel sells for 220€ with QR1(ClubSport Steering Wheel F1® Esports V2). So the Porsche vgt should sell no more than 250€ with the QR2lite included, if the ''Fanatec product valuation'' stays as it is now. As for the cheapest Clubsport one should sell for 270€ with QR2 respectively. The Porsche vgt sw might go above 250€ and might reach the 300€ barrier if Polyphony Digital must have a share also because of the ''vision gran turismo'' name. I am willing to pay up to 300€ for this steering wheel only if i can use it on my DD+ at full 15nm, as the stock GT extreme steering wheel. I believe it will because of the aluminum internal frame. I agree that we can only speculate for now but the Fanatec's ''soon'' was a long one. Let's hope with Corsair's influence this time the soon will be first 3 months of 2025 at the most.
@@ANDRITSOULAS Ah but yes, I am sure they made them like that for a reason. It's made for GT driving and those guys wear thick gloves so they need nice big buttons to push and those don't need to be too posh, they just need to work. It's like I also put in the video "its more focused at performance rather than bling bling". I am sure the pro's that don't mind spending a lot for something very functional are OK with the build. But I'm not really a pro and for that reason, I probably can not value the steering wheel for what it is really worth. I only see that massive price tag and think "they could have at least included some metal mechanical buttons for that". The guess of 300€ is just based on the quality that it is and the steering wheels I had of Fanatec before. Yes, let's hope they bring it out fast so we can settle on it :D You have the DD Extreme. Do you happen to have iRacing to check if FullForce works on it? 🙄

Don’t know whether you are a aware. ADAC is the name of the club that organizes the Simexpo, not a special Simexpo name. Perhaps like AAA in the US.
I know :) When I was young, I had this small yellow Mercedes G class of ADAC
5:19 what steering wheel is that on the rig?
ClubSport GT3 endurance on a Podium button module with a special ADAC ACC Evo stickering
The way you say GT DD like you have only 0.2 seconds to say it :D
Or is it a voiceover to fix a mistake?
😆 I think it's just because I have been saying that word so much the last years but you are right 😎
