I’m pretty confident it’s not due to lifting too heavy (I always stay within my limits). I’d really appreciate any tips or exercises you recommend to strengthen the lower back or improve form. I love working out with weights and don’t want to give it up! Thanks for all the great content!❤
Hi Anna, encouraged to see that you added longer breaks in between sets. The 10 sec works with HIIT but was challenging with weights. That 5sec makes a difference. I haven't done a weighted workout with you in a while but I'm excited for this. Appreciate the flexibility and the great work you do to give this to us for free.
