    Definitely agree about the stitching. It needs to be red and not white. Also, the Premiums should come with the soft touch door panels like the Circuits have. The standard door cards feel shamefully cheap.

      Would have made the interior much nicer! But totally agree about the door cards as well! Look very plain!
      But the Drive is what makes up for the lack luster interior!

      @@diallo1347 zero, surprisingly the dealership felt that zero mark up would create a better bond between the customer, though they do have a hard time getting GRC’s traded to them from other dealers, they were shocked to have seen that Toyota allocated them a circuit edition early 2024

    If you go with a 60a rear pitch mount (or even 70) it makes the motor not move so much when going through the lower gears. I'm on the 85a bushing now and it's a bit too much NVH. I went with the Grocery Getter Performance mount and it works great.
    Also, there is a dongle that you can install for the downshifting that takes 10 minutes and keeps it on every time you start it up. Just a nice QoL addition.
    I think with the clutch situation it's a combo of both user and mechanical issues. A clutch really shouldn't go bad that quickly even if you drive it harder, so just put back some savings and upgrade the clutch when you can. Increasing the power has led to clutch issues too.
    I bought mine a month ago and have 2300 miles on it now, I have been LOVING it. The driving experience makes up for all of the faults. I love all the sounds the motor, turbo, and exhaust makes, how planted she is in corners, it just feels like there's so much character in such a small package. The only other car I'd take in it's place would be the Acura Type S maybe in a few years. (Or if Toyota decides to do a redesign and add some features, I'll trade for it lmao)

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Thanks for all the information, I will have to check Grocwey Gettery Performsce out and upgrade the rear mount.
      I have actually just ordered the dongle for the IMT always on!
      The clutch will be something I will expect to replace sooner than later!
      I hear many good things about the civic type R and the Acura, they are defiantly a great car as well! Like you said maybe an upgrade in a few years once the price comes down!

    Congrats at break in change to Liqui Moli, do the trans and diff fluids as well but stay with the OEM fluids

      @BrandonStellmach  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I have been thinking about what oil to use for the brake in! I hear good things about the liqui Moli, but also have been reading the Penzoil platinum is also a good oil for the price! As for the diff fluids, I might let them go a little longer before I change them out, as I have been super busy, and I don’t think it would hurt them as much!

    I love my 2023 Corolla GR Core white. My only Mod is SXTH Intercooler. I just broke 15k miles. I just did my 6th oil change . I did my diferential and transfer case with red line fluid @10k. I did my transmission fluid with OEM fluid @10k. My clutch is fine... i think the clutch issues is with people beating on it or tuned with more power. My clutch is at 15k and its perfect. I think people have issues with their clutch because they don't know how to drive a manual sports car. Now if you plan on tuning your GR for more power a clutch upgrade with valve springs will be in order. Example SpeedLap performance tune his GR and ran about 350 hard pulls on the dyno and clutch started to slip but it was tuned to over 310whp and 320tq.

      @BrandonStellmach  หลายเดือนก่อน

      That’s awesome! Been looking at upgrading my Intercooler as I can tell there is a lot of heat soak after a few accelerations!
