Not sure if it’s a coincidence, but my dog was diagnosed with cancer last year. I put him on a complete zero carbohydrate, carnivore, diet. The cancer was in his inner ear and the vet wanted to take his complete inner ear out, but I decided to wait. About two months ago he received a CAT scan and they could find no cancer. Not sure if it’s coincidence but two months later still no sign. I am so grateful and enjoying every minute with him. I’m not sure if it’s going to come back and I’m not sure exactly what happened, but I am just enjoying every second I have with him. I’ve been on a carnivore diet for almost 2 years, have lost almost 100 pounds and feel fantastic. I know when I go off of it and eat carbohydrates my body just doesn’t feel right. I have chronic back pain and it really gets stronger if I eat sugar. This lifestyle is unbelievable and I will never stop it. Thank you Dr. Berry for introducing me to this.

All made with fruits and veggies. I’d buy produce daily. Massive amounts. Keto was not mainstream back then. If only it had been. I did so much research trying to find the best course of action. I have found it very difficult to convince people that the modern US diet is the root of their health problems. They cannot believe that there are entities in the medical and food industries that would harm us. I don't blame them, in a way, because most of us had that mindset at one point. I still try, but I came to the conclusion that they need to go through their own journeys -- hopefully before it is too late.
The one thing that does intrigue them is that my health is excellent. So leading by example does have some influence.

I've stopped trying to save these people. I've also told them I don't want to hear about their problems.

I too, tried to educate somebody about ketosis and carnivore. He has stage four kidney area cancer and had a tumor removed from his brain that they feel is related to the kidney cancer. The amount of sugar he consumes in the form of fruit juices is about one cup a day. And that is on top of the cold cereal, which is high in carbs and processed food for his morning meal. Then corn on the cob and more fruit.
You’d think facing cancer he would be open to checking this information out. But sadly, no. It’s like watching a train wreck. There’s no way of stopping it.

He couldn't give up his carbs. Plus, I'm not a doctor, I was told - what do I know? Then, someone close to him admitted his oncologist had told him to go keto. Nope, he couldn't give up his treats - his little cakes - his potatoes - his rolls. He died a few months ago. We miss him. His wife is devastated. And he'd probably still be with us - healthy and happy (but missing his little cakes and so on) had he gone keto. I don't know that, of course, but I suspect it is true.

I've been fighting Prostate cancer for 5 years. Surgery, recurrence, Radiation and 18 months Lupron. Drop in Testosterone made me want to quit living. Started Carnivore Jan. 31, 2023. My Testosterone is back to normal and rising 551. My PSA remains undetectable. I am stronger than ever and getting my hormones back to normal. I know Testosterone research was as skewed as cholesterol research and know that it can be protective. It was hard firing Dr.'s (at first) who didn't keep up with my research. I am an engineer who has not stopped learning. I tell how the Carnivore diet could have helped me through ALL of the cancer treatments I had on my TH-cam channel. Regardless of prevention or cure, the carnivore diet has some real benefits to anyone receiving Radiation, Chemo or Hormones. I would love to hear your thoughts on fenbendazole and high dose melatonin for anti-cancer effects.

I try to follow Dr. Berry's suggestions on PHD as much as I can. Intermittent fasting daily, last food no later than 6 or 7 pm and next meal around 3 to 4 pm. On average I fast between 12 to 18 hours daily. Sometimes one meal a day other days 2. I never feel famished. No sugar, very low carbs, only water coffee or tea for dinks. No alcohol. Maintain my weight pretty even. In the Summer I spend at least 3 to 5 hours in the sun and never use sunscreen. My skin is not dried out, it doesn't look like a prune it looks tanned and healthy and tight. I just turned 72. Love Dr. Berry.

So since she needed 6 rounds of IVF to have her daughter (at 46yo) and then diagnosed on baby's first birthday!! She won't hear a word from her sister who's been very overweight since having children, in my 20s... But I've been gradually learning and implementing better health practices for 19 yrs... I'm still overweight, but all my lab tests are amazing. Only just started full carnivore... So I expect that the weight will drop off soon. But, she doesn't believe that I know anything!! My husband was diagnosed with stomach cancer in April. He had been eating a keto diet for 3 years. I believe that the healthy lifestyle stopped his cancer from spreading. It was contained to a tumor the size of a lime 😢 and to one lymph node that we know of. Hard for him to talk about keto now though because many that know he was eating that way think that the red meat caused the cancer. In the last 2 years (since gaining weight during the pandemic) my cholesterol was up to 200 and worrying my GP. At the same time I was having chest pain and that same doctor gave me crap for consulting a cardiologist. All my risk factors were super low. But the Angina was getting more frequent. I went on keto-ish diet, lost a few pounds but never gave up sugar or processed food. Last March, I had a stent put in my LAD artery due to a 75% blockage. It was the only artery with damage (I think radiation treatment from breast cancer in 2016 may have done it). Anyway, have quit added sugar and processed foods and am getting healthy on a more committed keto lifestyle. Thanks to doctors like you two who were brave enough to step away from the food pyramid.

But I was diagnosed with breast cancer this spring. it was caught early but everyone is like...your so strict so obviously keto doesnt work for preventing cancer. I still think its the healthiest way and I'm now upping my fats to try to get my gki down. but my body just keeps making too much sugar. Ive stayed pretty strict with keto all these years because I'm trying to keep my BS down. But it does make it where no one will listen to me about the healthiness of keto.

I have a similar story. I have been ketovore for 4 years, trying to reverse my T2D. I had been doing very well without any meds until this spring when my blood sugars and going high, along with high ketones(up to 5.1). I couldn’t figure out what was going on and actually said to my husband that maybe I had liver or pancreatic cancer. I was on. The right track, because in May, my routime mammo showed breast cancer. Like you, it was caught early. I had a partial mastectomy, and my margins were clear, but both my surgeon and oncologist want me to start Arimidex. I wish I had some resource people to help me decide how to proceed. My choice would be to go strict carnivore and do some 3-4 day water fasts. Good luck to you on your journey.

Since we know today that cancer is metabolic first and not genetic, the question is how the Hutch would react to this new success against cancer with diet instead.
The corruption of giant organizations becomes obvious when they don't adapt to the new discoveries in health care that show demonstrable success.
Hutch had the best of origins. Let's see if they can maintain that positive reputation by making this change quickly and advise the world with their international platform.
