(including co-op). Presently I'm doing part-time, say from January 2023. So if all goes well I will get a full-time job in June. In that case, after I gain 1-year of experience in the job in Ontario, can I apply for the AIP program . With a job offer from one of the AIP provinces? Say by July 2024 . My PGWP will End in August 2024
Assalamu Alaikum. I gave biometric on 1 March 2022 for work permit visa. 2 November 2022 My (procedural fairness) comes. When this message came I had "current status" (your action is required). A few days after reporting the matter to the company, they told me that they have submitted the required documents through other means instead of directly depositing into the account. On 13 Jan 2023, my "current status" was (Application/Profile Updated). Then when I enter "check full application status" I get nothing new. But since then till now my "current status" is as before (your action is required). It was written in the letter, the documents must be submitted within 30 days. But even after 100 days today, I have not received a rejection. Now the matter can be considered correct? Or fake? Please tell me.
Just to add: There are 2 categories of people that can apply for this program - Skilled workers ( outside Canada) must have at least 1yr of minimum requirement for work experience - International graduates ( that graduated from any of the 4 provinces) they can apply without having any prior work experience. However, I'm only a secondary school certificate holder(waec) and thereafter, learn fashion designer(tailor) for 2 years after my freedom I've worked for 1 and half years back to back in dress making and when things get down with me i travel out of the country to Oman for housemaid job for 3 years, can I apply as a tailor to any of this province without any university degree? Though I've done my IELTS with band 6 and get my eca from wes done

Cos I really want to know my chances before getting involved as I said earlier I work as a home support worker or housemaid abroad and have all the payslip with me and have my FIRST AID/CPR certificate last year November when I return home. Also I have my tailored certificate issued by my boss back then but not govt accredited own as you know how it works here in Nigeria. Pls can you explain it deeper what you mean by it depends so that I can understand it well thanks.
