Omg i would of given my right leg to see this show just watching the video remindes me of all the times this band brought me through as a young teenager.... one of my biggist inspirations in my band. "For the sake of martyrs"
Thank you for sharing this! I will always remember when I first heard Hopesfall. I had left the Army and moved back to NYC to become a teacher. Fall of 2002 was back to 2nd grade for me. Listening to WSOU play "Escape Pod for Intangibles" as I crossed the QB Bridge into Manhattan one November afternoon.
Was at a local music store called bullmoose and they were playing this ep. Immediately asked them what it was and was grateful I was in the right spot at the right time.
From the first time I heard this song it was something great for me. A great admirer of this dance and this song is cool !!!! la canco mas chingona que he escuchado en mi vida cabrones...... saludos desde MONTERREY MEXICO.
Just found out about this reunion and I'm crestfallen I missed it, although prolly couldn't have made the drive from California. Happy to say though that I caught a pre-A Types Hopesfall show in Hollywood in 2003, and it was probably one of the most amazing musical experiences of my life. Something about this band
was only doug. And In this case, the reunion part of the shows was because it was all original members. in magnetic north im pretty sure only one of the guitar players was the last original member left, so when they did these shows they got all of the original guys
Finding this made my day. Probably sounds a bit cliche but I've yet to find another band like Hopesfall.
they're one of a kind, thats what makes a band special, when they're so damn unique, thats how I feel about a deftones or an Alexisonfire

This band influenced my guitar style. So brutal, yet, so beautiful
