- In today's vlog we go on our first ever Disney Cruise!!! We are so excited and very grateful to Disney & Disney Cruise Line for the inviting us on this 5 Day Marvel Day at Sea Cruise for free. We begin with the embarkation day festivities, a tour of our deluxe verandah room and dinner at Rapunzel's Royal Table for her birthday! Rue Stahl That's why all the focus on Hand Washing/Hand Sanitizing. I've never had it thankfully, but the Norwalk Virus is nothing to take lightly. It broke out in a Local Hospital last year & IIRC there were 7 or 8 floors on Quarantine & only Emergency/Essential Services being allowed. Took almost 2 months to get the All Clear.
Their friends sent them flowers and day passes. My friends would’ve sent me a Titanic DVD and Poseidon DVD.
I don't think DVDs work on this cruise, so it would be a thoughtful but useless gift (until u get home, of course)

"tiniest bathtub" haha most rooms on cruise ships don't even have a tub and just have a tiny shower you can barely turn around in.
rbschult not on Disney. Bathrooms are the same inside cabins or veranda cabins. Some handicap accessible cabins are bigger to accommodate wheelchairs and are regulated very well.
rbschult my husband weighs 220 and the shower is close but doable for him.
This is their first cruise and for a bath tub it was tiny. He wasn't comparing it to any other ships just to other bath tubs

The inferred camera is in case someone falls overboard in the night to notify crew to in order to detect this action that might have otherwise been missed and hopefully rescue the person. Just in case anyone was curious.

Honestly, these are the videos we have been waiting for since we started watching your channel! Your love for Disney is infectious and we’re so excited to see your entire Disney cruise experience! We can’t wait to experience the Marvel Day At Sea cruise for ourselves next month. Tangled is Sherri’s favorite Disney movie, so getting to dine at Rapunzel‘s Royal table is one of the things we are most looking forward to about being on the Magic. Also loved seeing the Miami terminal as this will be our first time cruising out of Miami. We still get goosebumps every time we hear the horn! GREAT Disney Cruise Vlog!

Brittney Jackson it is delicious , one of my favorite foods. We had more food on the Dream than even my husband could eat. Love that Room Service is included in the cruise. I got coffee served in the room all night for only a $1.00 tip to the server.

As a seasoned Disney Cruiser I find all the food great and that Mac - n cheese is delish , one of my must haves but , I am addicted to the stuff. We have NEVER had a bad experience on a Disney Cruise and we never pay for extras like spa or specialty dining.
LOL, Tim doesn't like mac & cheese.
I really love that Jenn talks is through her anxiety and fears. Makes me feel like I could maybe one day go on a cruise too ☺️

Joanie Whittemore My mom is deathly afraid of open water and we got her on Disney and at 90 years she enjoyed the trip just choose a lower deck/midship and the ride might be smoother. We were out as a tropical storm was headed toward Florida and the captain went around the storm. We had some wind, at one point we couldn’t open the balcony door but it only lasted about an hour and the room steward came around to check on everyone and open the doors for us. Plus it is Hot on the equator. Water and sunscreen are your best friends !!
TO ANYONT PLANNING A CRUISE : hurricane season is June 1 st till October 1st so, summer could be questionable.
Definitely do it. They will take very good care of you. Sometimes the other guests can be jerks, just like anywhere else. Once you get familiar with the ship, all the possible routes back and forth, and the crew then everything is just great. 😁

Hand washing = to help stave off Noro Virus, very common on Cruise liners
The hand washers are in the kid play areas but you will be handed a wash towelette upon entering any food area. Also the crew are always washing the decks, handrails and walls on the ship. PURE DISNEY

It is not any more common than in schools, apartment buildings or all-inclusive resorts. The only difference is that the media chooses to focus on the outbreaks that happen on cruise ships

Rejected Heart Tim and Jen were on the Dream out of Cape Canaveral for 4 nights. Love this get away cruise we try to go twice s year and always have a good time.
I freakin LOVE Tim and his wife. They do not have to tell us what they did and did not pay for. I love how honest they are though. I honestly feel like they take care of us as their audience, im always satisfied..

So I'm watching this during the quarantine and at the part where they had to sanitize their hands I was thinkin...if only we all did that now.
Your infrared camera is to check for passengers going overboard. If the camera tracks anything fall off the ship an alarm is set off and people are immediately put to work, even if it is a false call for something like a straw (if that can even be tracked).
I was on a Disney cruise once and this guy I was hanging out with threw a deck chair overboard and tripped the man overboard alarm.

So are meals included in the cruise? Is there a way you can request menus from the different restaurants so you know what each one offers?
Miss Lady so, Disney does rotational dining. For instance, on the Fantasy, there are 3 main dining rooms. You rotate through these and it is indicated at the beginning of your cruise which one you will be at which night. You don’t HAVE to go...there are other places to eat. Also, there are 2 specialty restaurants that require reservations and there is a small cost. Otherwise, all food is included with your cruise.

That's an awesome cabin bathroom! We had one of the mid-tier rooms on a Royal Caribbean cruise, and it was only a circular shower stall that was microscopic, and it wasn't separate from the rest of the bathroom.

On my Hawaiian cruise we had 5 straight sea days on the way to Hawaii and 5 straight sea days back. If Jenn doesn’t like 1 day without land she would die from that! 😂 I thought it was cool though
