Also, please dont feel bad about the whole 'man' thing. I dont speak for all trans people, but in my experience, 'dude' 'man' and 'bro' are just seen as very neutral terms. Maybe thats cause i was raised as a boy and figured out i wasnt later, so im used to them, but i dont see much discourse being angry about it so youre good. I nearly fell out of my chair at the 'it takes serious balls' comment 😂. Much Love!

You seem like a nice person and it’s clear that you are having a positive impact on other people’s lives by being their friend.
I'm really pleased you're rethinking the "everyone should have therapy" stance. It can help _if_ you get the right therapist at the right time. The right therapist for one person is wrong for the next. The therapist perfect for you last week may be counterproductive today.
I don't want to down on the entire concept, but when i was standing on the edge of a cliff, it was a therapist who convinced me that stepping off was the best thing to do. It was pure luck that someone else intervened and i didn't. I got the wrong therapist at the wrong time, and it did far more harm than good.
If you do take therapy, don't go in thinking they have the answers and know you and can "fix" you. They can't. They can make suggestions to try and help you find something that might help. That's it. Don't be afraid to walk away from them and find a different person or path if you come out worse than when you went in.
In regards to the second person, trust me, if you're depressed and have those kinds of thoughts, get out of working night shift. You will drive yourself insane, trust me..

I wasn't sure you'd read out my hobby distresses. They aren't on the level of nightmare (unlike the following story by April) but I think hobby distress fits better. That being said, I didn't expect them to be up so soon after sending it in, if they got read out at all.
I forgot to finish off the story with Rick, so I'll put it here. After this game we played each other almost exclusively for the next few years of 5th edition when at that hobby club. I did play others, but he was my main opponent and playing him was always a fun experience and I learned how to play the game way more effectively by doing so, even though I lost all but one game against him throughout the years of that edition. My luck was that bad. Some games Id be hammering him only for my luck to turn and I'd lose handily. The last game of 5th edition I played with him was the one game I beat him. At least I can say I won once and ended up coming 9th out of 50 or so players at the last tournament of 5th edition.
I've written up a medium length funny story I have about the search for tea, but I'm hesitant to actually send it to you because it's not hobby related. I think you'd get a laugh from it, as a tea enthusiast, but again, it's not hobby related....unless you'd consider tea drinking a hobby.
Anyway, thanks for reading my stories out, unnightmarish as they were.
Oh, and anyone who plays Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game and sees my Corsairs of Umbar army and thinking, "those aren't Corsairs of Umbar models" they are, in fact, Corsairs of Umbar models. Just not all Games Workshop's ones.
I do explain in the email to North that the theme of my army was building a Corsairs of Umbar army using past and currently licensed LotR miniatures. So, the army is made up of minis from Games Workshop, Mithril Miniatures and Scotia Grendel miniatures, the latter of which bought the old moulds developed by Harlequin Miniatures when they used to have the license to make LotR minis (they are long since our of business now).
All but 8 models were Corsairs of Umbar from all of these places, with 6 of them being Mithril Miniatures Nazgul I used as Black Numenoreans, one of them being the Ring Wraith on Fell Beast and one being a 3d printed pirate captain model.
Just thought I'd give the context if anyone was curious/confused.
Thanks for 'going heavy' on this one; right there with oversized feels - with the way January just went, I'm not looking forward to the rest of the year right now.
I'll be polite and respectful to anyone I meet, until I'm given a reason otherwise. However I'm so fed up with the trans political movement, and the forced inclusion that I feel resentment to a group who have never wronged me personally.
It's a frustrating situation. Know that there are many of us who loathe these political freaks that exploit protected characteristics to act poorly (sometimes illegally). All the while poisoning public perception of "normal" non straights.
Lumping the Trans phenomenon in with sexuality has been peculiar, but perhaps not as peculiar as racial identities. These activist groups need to crumble to dust.

One eldest dog, his first best friends owner is trans I literally wouldn't have guessed it, and I have trans, gay etc friends.. but after about 3 years of friendship, talking and hanging out since our dogs absolutely loved each other and his dog was not a fan of 99% of the other dogs at the dog park he finally came out to me.. he started the conversation saying.. "I normally don't tell people this, but I feel like I can tell you this without being judge" and he then proceeded to tell me he was trans, I honestly would have never guessed like I said prior and even more insane.. he showed me photos of what he looked like before his transition which had been over a decade at this time he was at that time a lesbian if you'd see a photo between him now and him then you'd literally never see it.
It was awesome to have someone feel comfortable to tell me that, but to your point it took years of friendly banter, talking about girls with him, politics etc.. for him to realize I was safe. Take into account that I'm extremely pro 2A and so are so many trans people I've met over the last decade..
Anyway, great video as always and to your point very rarely unless its in a certain social setting will someone walk up to you and immediately drop that they're this or that.

I told my boss I don't mind if I live or die. They were concerned and I told them I love life and I have lived but I have peaked. I've lived in multiple country's I've sat at the admirals table shared food and drink with major crime organisations as well as SAS and American secret service. There's not much left that i can achieve.
But I lived and I have the memories.
I just find the modern world is dark and lost no matter how hard if try and the sacrifices i make to make it better.
It's not a crime to be bad at English. Just to be it. Bah!🎉 Jk
