So explain this. Is this a regular road/neighborhood where you guys are allowed to park and hangout or is that an actual park or facility because that’s dope to be able to park over night just for a hangout spot. Great vid

It's a park and they get a permit for one day but because there are so many people coming from everywhere people sleep over saving spots
