"Kazakhstan, the world's largest landlocked country, offers a diverse range of experiences for travelers. From bustling cities to pristine wilderness, there's something for everyone.
Day 1: Almaty
"Our adventure begins in Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city. On Day 1, you can explore the heart of Almaty, from the iconic Zenkov Cathedral to the Central State Museum." You can do this by using public bus and metro, which can save you lot of money. If you are in a group of four, then use Yandex app based taxi. Have food in Kazak restaurant to save money. Stay in a budget hostel.
DAY 2: CHARYN CANYON
"Day 2 takes us to the mesmerizing Charyn Canyon, often called the 'Grand Canyon's little brother.' The unique rock formations and canyons here are simply awe-inspiring." This is out of the city. You can take a group free tour by bus.
DAY 3: KOLSAI LAKES
"We continue our journey to the Kolsai Lakes on Day 3. It's a paradise for nature lovers. You can hike or ride horses through the lush landscapes and crystal-clear lakes."
DAY 4: KAINDY LAKE
"On Day 4, we explore the enigmatic Kaindy Lake, known for its submerged forest. It's a surreal place that's perfect for a picnic and some relaxation."

DAY 6: TURKESTAN
"A day trip to Turkestan is on the agenda for Day 6. Here, you'll discover the awe-inspiring Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site." Return back to Shymkent for an overnight stay or take an overnight train to Astana.
DAY 7: NUR-SULTAN (ASTANA)
"Day 7 brings us to Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan's futuristic capital. Don't miss the Bayterek Tower and the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation for a glimpse of its modern charm." Overnight in Astana.
DAY 8: NUR-SULTAN (ASTANA)

DAY 9: FREE TIME

You can always add few other points, if you want to do in hurry. You can also reduce the days or places if you have less days to explore.
DAY 10: DEPARTURE Nur-Sultan International Airport
"And finally, on Day 10, it's time to bid farewell to this amazing country. Depart from Nur-Sultan International Airport with unforgettable memories of Kazakhstan." In case you have booked your flight from Almaty, then you take a train from Asatana to Almaty on day nine or take flight, if you are short of time. Hostels in Kazakhstan are available for $6 - $10. Food from all regions of the world is available easily. It will increase your budget if you have food other than local food. Carry USD and exchange it in the city to local currency or withdraw from an ATM.
