Yes. At present Flyarestan booking is open till March 2024. They will start future booking soon. Indigo flight ticket is costly.

Delhi to Almaty return 9 to 12 thousand and above by flyarestan application.
Mumbai to Almaty from 4th January 2024 is 12000/- onwards for a return ticket.
Can we enter Kazakhstan twice in ten days after visiting another country
Yes. I am not sure. But many TH-cam videos support this. They are giving free entry for 14 days or less. Then in between we can go to another country and once again visit and claim the next 14 days free entry.
Can we exchange our rs into tenge at the airport( almaty)
No. I think so. Don't take a chance. Maybe in the city you can. But the rate may not be good.
