On the topic of ads, anyone else noticed the really large trend of 5 second ads that are skippable? I imagine it's to lower costs, since I imagine unskippable ads are more expensive to run, and possibly to help convey what's being advertised.

The dish is sweet, but that's why most Japanese think of it as children's food - you would never see an adult order Napolitan in a restaurant!

I actually made this :) I went pretty heavy-handed with the extra spices I added the ketchup (ie rosemary, oregano, ect) and salted the pasta water. It turned out pretty good!

I can see that you have the right idea by tucking your fingers under, but the way you are doing it is potentially slippery and dangerous as you are not actually gripping the item being sliced. The proper technique, as you can see in any number of cooking tutorials on TH-cam, involves holding the food in place with all five fingers, while keeping the thumb in the back and out of danger and tucking just the last (closest to the fingertip) knuckles on each of the other fingers behind. The knife will therefore be maintaining contact with the last knuckles the entire time, and the fingers will be safe from the blade while the food is held securely in place, preventing dangerous slippage. Cooking Mama's hand position in the game is anywhere from merely exaggerated to downright incorrect---it's hard to tell---but for you in real life, Tim, I strongly recommend switching to the safer version. Keep up the great work man, I love your channel and have been watching from your earliest cooking mama videos.
