You need go to Costco business and check out the meat over there. They sell enormous packs of meat. I’ll normally spend less than $100 a week there doing carnivore /keto. I’m one of those guys where I like to buy large packs of meat and cut up and freeze portions. I even grind my own beef ground for burgers. I don’t do process patties or purchase pre-ground meat, once the meat has been broken that’s when bacteria gets in. I love grinding up my own meat and immediately making some good medium rare burgers.

you dont need wild caught salmon 2x a week as an "anti-inflammatory". Grass fed beef and dairy have plenty of omega 3's, when u decrease total omega 6 consumption from seed oils (the damage done and then total amount being the issue) omega 3 levels actually increase within the body.
Raw milk is one of the most nutritious drinks/foods anyone could consume.

I would recommend connecting a small hose to the bleeder and crack it open when compressing the pistons. Makes compression much easier and gets rid of the worst fluid in the system; the stuff that gets really hot in the caliper. Close the bleeder once the pistons are compressed and finish the rest of the job. Too off the reservoir with new fluid and go about your business. Brakes don’t need to be fully bled unless there’s air or water in the system. And to properly bleed a modern ABS system like the Tundra has, you need a pressure bleeder and a scan tool to open up the ABS valves for proper flushing.

Just make sure you read the label that it's organic and that it's flash frozen on harvest.

Wish Canadian Costco had anything close to any of these ingredients. A couple I've seen have grass fed burgers but they are not 100% beef and have other added ingredients. No raw dairy at all. They got 1 kinda grass fed cheese from kerry gold. They have organic honey but not raw.
Well, they do actually have some organic fruit, so there's that.... but most of the good stuff Paul mentioned is not available in Canadian Costcos sadly.

    Got a question.
Those of you who have done animal based eating, do you find yourself eating less calories in general? I'm on my weight loss journey and currently eating about 2,500 calories day. I decreased it from 2,900 since my activity has decreased drastically.
I don't see how I'm going to get nearly enough calories eating this little amount of food per day. I know everyone is different, some will eat more, some will eat less, but does anyone find they need less calories when they are eating this clean?
I've lowered my sugar intake by a good amount, but I'm wanting to get to a point where the foods I'm eating are as clean as the ones Paul mentioned.
Thanks in advance for anyone who takes the time to read and respond to this!

I just want to say that $15 a day is not much in our current society, but it's still more expensive than eating lower quality food. You can make a bucket of rice and beans, add some chicken thighs and sweet potatoes, you got a very cheap day of eating. But you're filled up with fiber and less nutritious, less bioavailable food that you are potentially reacting negatively to. Sometimes you just have to realize that health is your best investment and pay what it's worth to eat the best you can.
