    14 Minute AMRAP

    3 Inchworm
    6 Burpee
    12 Low Jump
    OR Low Jump Over

    Score: Total Number of Completed Rounds + Any Additional Reps
    Goal: 7-11 Rounds

    Holy smokes, y'all/ It's the LAST WORKOUT OF 2024! Can you believe it??? For this one, you'll rotate through 3 inchworms, 6 burpees, and 12 low jump/overs as many times as you can until 14 minutes are up!
    Fourteen minutes is on the longer side for a SHIFT workout but nothing you can't handle! Do your best to start at a conservative pace that will allow you to move at a steady clip through the entire 14 minutes. We'd rather you not having to start/stop a bunch to rest.
    While it might seem silly to advise, make sure you're BREATHING! It's easy to unintentionally hold your breath through these movements, so focus on exhaling often to maintain a steady supply of oxygen to those muscles!
