This is ridiculous. One of the greatest actors of all time who has contributed so much to the American cinema, who embodies Independent film and has given us some of the landmark performances of all time in A Woman Under The Influence, Gloria and Opening Night - Where is her honorary Oscar? She should have at least three Oscars on her mantel by now.
Yes, I agree fully that Ms.Rowlands is indeed one of the very best actors of all time (as was her late husband). She also has the beauty and class to go with it. I pray she will receive at least one of the many Oscars she deserves. But it was great to see her lending her own class and humanitarianism to pay honor to someone who is giving from her guts to make the world a better place.

If she wants to do humanitarian work, give up acting...it's all to easy...they make BAMILLIANS so they can "do it all" and get recognized for it...bullshit. As you say, Rowlands should be receiving an award for her ACTING ability...keep the humanitarian shit private. We all do that at some level.

Angelina is scary thin
Shetrys hard to gain weight. But every time she visits countries were children are starving to death in front of her she gets very heartbroken and is unable to eat for a long time. Her compassion is huge but her EMPATHY is immeasurable.

I read an account of a personal interview in the newspaper and also Brad explained that she would have problems eating after visits to places where she saw ans held children who were starving to death.
