I almost started typing a comment so many times during this video. As there are so many beautiful, rustic, earthy and charming aspects to this cottage and the local town. But, by the end of the video. Benny had talked about all the wonderful attributes of this property that stood out to me.
There might not have been any amusing and adorable out-takes but the video ended on the perfect note. The heart warming sensation that I got seeing Benny and Brett relaxing together in the hot-tub... Well it was like someone had poured hot chocolate through my chest and all over my heart. ☺️

Oh Lake, you're so nice. Thank you. Occasionally I string my words together okay! :) Glad the tour resonated with you. And yes no outtakes but a nice little outro. Glad you enjoyed it :)

Looks like a beautiful area to explore and lovely cottage to relax in when you return for the evening.
That outdoor hot tub looks awesome as well 🛁

So much Exploring to do and the area just feel so strange and epic. Wide open plains in the middle of Tas. Exposed and big yet a sheltered little town and dwelling to shelter in. Just a really cool experience of the old world with all the mod cons and a touch of luxury.

Ben & Brett. Thank You. Another stunning property....yet very different. One being very much part of the local community. Ross is a 'perfect' little rural town. With so much history. Plus, as you know being near a working farm is always a bonus. Like you, Ben what stands out is the renovation and use of space. Fully referencing the building's past, yet bringing it up-to-date in a respectful way. Yet with a twist. The bathroom is superb. It works so well as an Autumn, winter bolt hole. Like it! Thanks again to the owners. And indeed to you both too. [No out takes?] And Happy birthday....belated! Cheers guys. [PS perhaps worth a revisit in mid-summer?]

SO glad you loved this place. I would be happy holed up here any time of year but the cooler seasons would be great with all the cozy fires, and baths, hot tubs. Super special this one
