Kay Sanders Hi Kay, do not use the amazon app. It was 2 mths ago but based on this vid, I’m pretty sure I logged into amazon via a browser (safari as he suggested but I think any browser will work). Bought the kindle version of the book I wanted. Then fired up my kindle app (I’ve got multiples - iPhone, ipad, android etc and the new book showed on all). The kindle app recognized I had the new book assigned to my account. So it updated my library with the new book. And the book was viewable on all devices. Hope it’s clear, and works for you.

D B after I purchased my book like you did, Amazon asked “read now in Kindle Cloud reader?” Ugh, I created an Amazon account not using the same email address 😫
