OMG! Change the master shower tile and add a fireplace and this is the PERFECT home!
And add a door to the master toilet area.

hi Michelle what dealer is it and I think it's a bit to much to pay for a mobile home anyway I feel its kinda high to also pay that for a module home , theres a company in fl making real decent size home for the 100,000price Range they use quality materials and they resist hurricane winds of 150 mph I honestly dont know why this module mobile homes are so expensive now a days anyway would like to know where is the dealer at thankyou

This has to be the best video I've seen! Didn't nauseated me by bouncing or jumping around. You can see it's the same house! Love the floors and kitchen! The bathrooms are amazing! The clapboard awesome! That tile in the master bath is so cool! Can this be set onto a basement? I love it!!
What a beautiful house is perfect I like very much I saw a few other houses but this house is one of the best
I really like this home. The pantry area is nice. The little seating area off the back door, by the 1/2 bath is a unique use of space. Love the tile in the master shower, gives a different look.

I love this house, the flight plans are spot on, no wasted space I like the size of the laundry room and the mud room being at the back door with a half bathroom , very nice use of space, I would change the wire racks in the closets they are a pain, I like the wood roll. I look at a lot of homes ,this one would definitely be one of the best, the price is at a really fair price , the porch is awesome . I'd rather have my venting above but that's nothing you can't live with. Good job very nice home

I love the kitchen, pantry, all the cabinet space in the kitchen and the farmers sink. Don't understand why everyone seems to want stainless steel sinks and appliances unless they only exist to constantly clean and polish stains and fingerprints off of it - I'll go for porcelain or ceramic w/ matching color appliances any day. Wood plank throughout is my dream - unable to tell if this is linoleum, laminate or vinyl plank w/ thick wear layer (my choice). Love mud room w/ 1/2 bath at back entry - amazing! Master bedroom is huge and master bath awesome - except shower needs a seat and commode needs privacy door and vent fan. Exterior walls 6"; to me that means quality and real concern by manufacturer about delivering a real quality home to the purchaser. Almost forgot to mention that the wood beam ceilings are great!

I love this house, I don't need so much space anymore the(grandchildren wouldn't want to go home).😄😍 All is missing is a fireplace. Loved the lighting, farmhouse sink, floors, closet racks not so much I prefer the rolled bar. The use of space is perfect with a dedicated back door. Just love, love, loved it. Thanks for the showing.
Judth Chrismon We Removed the TV/bookshelf front the living room wall and replaced it with a nice large white electric fireplace that we bought from another store. We could have ordered this house with a fireplace, but they could only put it on the wall that has the loveseat in this video. Love the house so far.

Judth Chrismon We love in Louisiana. We actually built a tiny house on our land to live in while we prepared to buy this larger home home in the video. There is my wife, myself, and a chihuahua. The tiny house is about 300 sq feet. I thought we would be cramped, but it’s actually not bad. We have lived in the tiny house for about 2 years now. It has its challenges, but it serves its purpose. Yours would probably be more than 300 sq ft, so it should Be ok. It’ sure teaches you how to live a simple life 😊 The big home has been brought to the property and we are currently getting a sewer system, and then electricity.
Beautiful home❤️As a suggestion you might want to rotate the camera (portrait style) as I felt the view of the home was always “bottom half” or “top half.” We were looking at the floor a lot. But otherwise loved looking at all the hard work and attention to detail. Crazy low price too!!!! It would at least $300000 here.😫
The balcony could use a little love but the interior is gorgeous...

My husband & I absolutely love this model. It's perfect for us EXCEPT that our property is upstate NY and it's not sold there 😢 such a bummer and can't understand why.

Only 3 stars. Would have liked the mud room and laundry as a complete room.
I wonder if they will let you redesign that area to be all together. The laundry is too far from the bedrooms; but if you open it up and redesign it wouldn’t be so bad.

The master bath is gorgeous but I'd rather have a smaller bathroom and a larger master closet. I'd also like a sink in the laundry room. Overall very nice and the price is unbelievable.

Love all the charm of this home from beams to flooring, love separation of kitchen, dinning and living room areas.However master bed and bath needs to be at other end of home and fireplace needed in living room , wish it had built in China cabinet in dinning and wider than 32 feet still seems small, wouldn’t need desk area in hall that narrow use tiny bedroom for office
Did not think the lights above the sink matched the other black lights! Need more outlets in a his and her bathroom what was the wall material in the living room where the black lights were? Looked like metal? Love the flooring looked like a rug texture! The doors front and porch were not very private doors for security, maybe something that matched the rest of doors give it an older look, would make a great farm house! Over all I loved it! But I live in Kansas!

I would like to see the mud room and laundry room connected. Would gave much nicer flow for me.
Great home, but A/C duct work still through the floor? What happened to A/C vents in the ceiling that began back in the '90's. Don't build a home that size and still have floor vents it doesn't make sense.
You can have them put in the ceiling instead of the floors if you choose. They are fairly customizable ☺️

Sad thing is the inflation. I visited the 3 bedroom variant of this home in Northern VA and it was for $265,000.
Beautiful home, just change vents from floor to ceiling, no wire shelving & shower tile. Otherwise perfect.

I've seen this one double wide in person and loved it. Mainly bc there's no carpet, I dislike carpet. Anyways do you think the makers of these doulbe wides could make the peice that goes down the middle of the house to be more flat and not up where you stomp your toes or shoes on it? Bc I tripped with shoes on looking at all the ones in Dickson, TN that has it. Just couris to see if there's a way to make it more flat. Other than that I love this one.

Do you guy do your own demolition or do you hire someone to do it for you? They did a good job on that unit.

Is this a commercial for floors ? Half the video is looking at the floor ... No float taped drywall in the closets I see... Great idea putting the 1/2 bath by the back door / mud room..nice no carpeting !

I don’t know where you live to say that.
I can confidently say that down here in Florida a 4/2 liking like this one would cost you easily about $400.000.
Considering that you can buy a piece of land sufficient to host such a house, even with backyard, for about $15.000( of course not downtown), this house would be, do the math, waaaaaaay cheaper alternative.
A house like this, in Florida would make me safe $275.000!
And, I forgot to mention that if you don’t want to buy the land, you can rent a space at an RV park. You would pay a few thousands dollars a month even inclusive of utilities. How nice is that?!

yes indeed this mobile homes are now way overpriced you can now find a decent built home with a lot for that price range in many parts of ,FL , GA, AL, MS , LA, TN , SC, NC, KY, MO, for sure and I'm 100% sure of it because I've searched and found plenty look around you will find
@@italiani41 LOL what part of , Fl because my family member bought 5acres of land with a brand new luxurious mobile home for 150,000 and its 15 minutes away from Orlando and and one of my friend pays 1200 for whole year round to have his travel trailer in a parking lot so it all depends on the place and how much people are willing to let or get ripped off just because is sunny mostly year round in FL, its ridicules to pay such high prices for homes ect when there's little jobs paying decent wages I live in a cold state I dont mind it at all I will never pay those ridiculous inflated prices SPECIALLY for a Mobile Home .

Anybody see that wall crack at the back entrance
They're prefab homes, they get delivered on a truck. This isn't the finished product, this model hadn't been joined at the seam yet. The seam runs directly down the center of the unit.
