I think I found my new dream home! And to think I was against trailer homes - manufactured homes have come a LONG way - very impressive!

This is just I want, it looks like a real home! This is the best l have seen in a mobile home. That master closet, master bath. That’s real!
This is the BEST, most WELL DONE tour I've seen y'all do. The information given throughout the tour was EXCELLENT and well-spoken! Every tour should be like this one. I love this house!
One suggestion: refer to bedrooms (other than Master) as 1st bedroom, 2nd bedroom, etc. From a marketing perspective, when you refer to those rooms as guest or spare bedrooms people automatically think of their own personal needs, which causes a negative thought, "I don't need 3 guest bedrooms," or "Spare room? Are they kidding?" Someone looking at a 4 bedroom home generally needs 4 bedrooms, or st least 3 & a guest room. It's safer to just say "This is bedroom #1" or 'This is the 1st bedroom." I hope you find this feedback helpful.
This is the best one I've seen so far. I like the fact that there is an actual fireplace and not one of those tacky Electric ones with the fake flames that are only about 4 inches high ! Wouldn't carpet in mine; I would let them put the vinyl flooring down but then later I would probably put down some wood floating floor or something.

Very good floor plan! The bedrooms are situated nicely, not having to walk through the kitchen to get to bedrooms as in alot of manufactured homes. And its nice to hear that this company is doing more for the customer by adding real wood cabinetry, ceramic tile, drywall, and all metal faucet components. It think with these features you are doing yourself and the customer a service by taking the "cheap" or "fall apart" factor out of purchasing a manufactured home.
Modular has come a long way since double wides! 😍😎

@@RockinRack Build a site built home that is 2000 square feet for under a 150 thousand with all of these custom features. If it's on a permanent foundation it will last forever if taken care of.

That kitchen is beautiful, love all the finishings. However, the deal breaker is having the master bedroom right off the living room!!!
@GabeGaming yes, more of the newer ones. Most of my family members in Virginia own this type of home I two cousins who bought their home one 6 the other 5 years ago neither have their home with the Master right off the Living Room. That is the "WORST" concept that they came up with, no privacy for the Master Bedroom whatsoever!!!
It's their attempt to break away from long hallways. More over the loss of square footage because of it having to be moved to the home site Vs being built on site.

When the home is moved do you come back through and cauck all the gaps in the molding where the ceiling comes together. The gaps give it a cheap look.
The interior with all its high end extras looks great, but the exterior has that trailer look.

Y'all need to either replace the batteries in the fire alarm when you're videotaping or take them out...very distracting and annoying when trying to watch videos. Have noticed this on several videos...please do something about it.

Huge walk in closet, but no walk in pantry?! I get it that the kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, but there is something about a walk in pantry that I really like.
Nice home! I don't like the pillar in the middle of the floor when you walk in. Another pet peeve is the dryer connection on the left and washer connection on the right side, it should be reversed.
I wish Bobby could supply New England. We live in Maine and need to downsize and I love the quality of this home....especially the 6" walls! I would substitute flooring with real wood and counters with granite.

I own my land 20 years now...and I STILL live in my 1984 SINGLE WIDE. My goal was to get a new home...but my health sucks, (all my$$) so still in it, and my walls are separating from themselves now....I am torturing myself watching this!!!! WHY? Because I can still dream. :(

I do regular maintenance on it same as I do on my site built home, these days manufactured homes are built much better, also I've seen many site built homes and commercial buildings around me that were taken down by hurricanes. I believe my home still stands because of prayer, faith, & regular maintenance! God bless :)

I would want the backsplash in the kitchen and bathroom to meet the upper cabinets and mirror. No point in having a backsplash unless it protects the entire area. Nice home.

Is granite/quartz just not an option in these homes? Because I cannot stand Formica. Even butcher block would be better than that… I guess one could just get the basics and then add afterwards. But my question is, is it just too heavy or is it that it’s too costly?

It is wood burning. I don't know if they have the option of the two way. Some of these manufacturer's are getting away from serious customoizations like that. In order to keep production time rolling and costs under control.
I would rather my living room have a place for the tv to go
If you wanted one you would have to check code for your area and then most likely have the factory one not installed and your choice installed once the house was set up on your land.

Very very nice. There are a few things i would change but not much i wish you had included a floor plan.
I would see if I could change out the mud locker for a dog wash station, all closets would have resin shelves. I HATE wire shelves. I would remove one if the master sinks since I live alone to give me more room for a make up station. The stove would be changed out but otherwise, nice place.
