It's nearly perfect. It needs a pantry, coat closet in the foyer and big drawers on either side of the range. I'd prefer a tankless water heater, so an upright freezer could be in the current water heater space.
I mean its a nice house but it has no pantry and hardly any storage in the kitchen so where are ypu going to put ypur food? Definitely a deal breaker for me.
Why do you always seem to have a problem mentioning the fridge? For gawds sake you even touched it, lol, a little tease, you show them in most of the others, like that huge one, geez. Other than that, great video. You were prolly in a rush. Gettinging in there before anyone else is important, but you are really in there too early, and it kinda looks bad when it's not even finished. Slow down a little, it looks better :)

Definitely absolutely built better than the pitiful houses that are being thrown up for a ridiculous price .

This is absolutely amazing. My only complaint is no walk-in pantry, but that's so small compared to this amazing home!!!

Ummmm all those windows for a closet and guests on my porch can look into my closet? I was loving this until that.
No laminate anywhere , remember that.
The floor plan shown was not the house that was on video. I would not want 3 giant windows that look into my closet from the front porch.
