I think you're right, and I think it's funny she's there with a girlfriend that she throws under the bus to avoid accountability for saying she wishes Drew's wife leaves him lol
Who knows. Maybe she was trying (poorly) to be funny, maybe had a back n forth already played out in her head where they both laugh about it and there’s comedic genius the springs forth from the interaction, and then as soon as she actually said it, and heard herself say it out loud and the reaction, realized after the fact that it was a bad idea. Or, probably spent the whole night thinking “how can I get his attention as a heckler then say “hey we went to school together”” then realized the show was ending and just blurted that out without thinking then instantly regretted it. Her responses after were reminiscent of someone who just said something dumb, realized it, then spends the next 5 minutes clumsily fumbling over her own thoughts and words ever increasingly with each statement as embarrassment increased, and awkward tensions increased, and her brainpower continued decreasing as she just made it worse with every reply.

Stella was an awesome dog. A rare one. That kind of grief sticks to you. We had to put my dog Sadie down a couple of years ago after she had trouble eating and then we found out she had liver cancer. I held her as she was put down. Our normal vet wasn't open, but they referred me to another vet down the street from the place I worked then. They gave us our own room, and said I could stay and play with Sadie as long as I needed, and to call them when I was ready to say goodbye. It was surreal. I had gone through losing a pet when I was young, but never in the position of making the decision and being there for it. Said was given to me by a mutual friend who was a nurse and had to work 15+ hour days and didn't want to leave her alone. He drove her 9 hours to drop her off to us and gave her to us for free. We had just gotten engaged, my wife and I, and lied to our apartment when we signed our lease, that we already had a dog, knowing we wanted one. Sadie was a rescue, my mutual friend found her on the side of the road in Ohio, and he nursed her back to health and trained her. Sadie loved my kids and my wife, and was the sweetest and best dog ever. Potty trained, didn't chew anything, didn't shed. Was the easiest dog ever. She passed away before we got to move out to the country, and I so wanted her to grow old on our front porch and die from old age, but she didn't get that. I have friends who mourned her death with us. They have pictures of Sadie in picture frames in their house, it's almost ridiculous, but it's not. She was special like your Stella.

@@captainkellykat5378 idk whether it was part of the special on ADHD that he talked about it specifically but he publicly talked about how his wife was doing some abusive stuff while at the same time claiming what she was doing WASNT abusive simple because she has ADHD and I'm not mad or upset at the guy for coping with it his own way but he's spreading the wrong message with it sadly. We need more awareness on how ADHD works so people with it can get actual help figuring out how to act and why instead of being told they should act however and simply blame the ADHD

hilarious though
@@RivetHead999 i love the way that you imagine the interaction from her perspective and give her the benefit of the doubt. its very empathetic. ive always done that too and sometimes people would get frustrated with me for it lol

Isn’t this the comedian with a stutter?? I haven’t seen him in so long but it sounds like the stutters getting better.
Yes, he is the one with the stutter from AGT. He has gotten a lot better with the stutter. It comes out when he gets really nervous or upset, anxiety stuff like that. But he’s gotten tremendously better with it for thinking that it wasn’t ever gonna go away he’s gotten so much better with it.

Sorry to hear Stella had to go through that man. A dog is more than just a man’s best friend, they’re family. God bless you and your wife
I met a lady who fits the description of what your wife has - I immediately fell to her for she was so transparent in how she accepted everyone - I really like your intelligent approach to comedy and humor
I still think of Stella. We loved watching her. She was a sweetheart. Thanks for sharing her with us Drew. I mean that. My hubby and I fell in love with a dog we only knew through videos. Our hearts broke for you and many tears were shed from random strangers on her behalf. Empathy is bittersweet and we too have had to say goodbye to our favorite four-legged friend just a few months ago. I’m sure our Momo is up there running around with Stella right now I appreciate your, authenticity and being open and vulnerable and emotional about it. We need more of that. We need people who are real and share hard things and show that things, but we are strong and we can support each other from distance even through something like a TH-cam video. FYI - my husband and I have been watching since the first moment you stepped on that stage with America’s got talent, and we are still fans. We haven’t had the chance to see you live yet, but that’s definitely on our list. We’re super proud of you! 🥳🥳🥳
When I was 18 I went out of town for work. A couple weeks in I got a FaceTime call from my parents and during that call my dog died. He didn’t have any serious problems that we were aware of but we knew he was getting old. I understand how much that hurts to not be there for them when they pass. That was 3 years ago now and I still cry when I think about it.
I lost 2 dogs in the last 4 years. This is why I feel so guilty about leaving my two dogs I have left. I was the one who found them as they were hanging on to life. I was the one holding them and petting them as they were put down. I have not been able to move out of my mom’s house for a few reasons. Money problems is one reason, but the other two dogs are the other reason. I don’t want them to be alone when they are near the end. I need to be there for them because no one else seems to care as much. I can’t leave this house unless I take those dogs with me, or until I watch them pass.
Kind of sweet though - he heard your voice and felt home and safe

I feel your pain about Stella, Drew. My dog died in August in similar circumstances. We did everything we could, spent a lot of money we didn't even have to give her peace and dignity in the end. Sorry for your loss, happy Stella still bringing laughs.
I was away from my childhood home for the summer doing classes at university when my dog since I was 11 passed. She was somewhere between 12-14 (rescue, we didn't know for sure) so it wasn't unexpected, but her decline was sharp and I had been receiving updates from my family and been worried out of my mind for her. The last thing I had said to her was "don't you dare die before I can come back and properly say goodbye." Of my immediate family it hurt more for me because I had to watch her get put to rest from my phone on facetime - much like you with Stella. Sorry for your loss. Hope you're well, hope your stutter is staying right where it belongs - well within your control (and if not, best of luck working on it again) - and hope to see more comedy & clips coming from you whenever you can.

"Is everyone in Tuscon on meth?" Came waaaay out of the blue! Fkn hilarious! 😂
...I believe all women-
are capable of being deeply cruel.
The hardest moment of my life at 65, was holding my beloved pooch at 17, being relieved by by a vet of his suffering.
I also lost my little buddy recently. He was my best friend and i miss him every single day.
I am sorry you and your wife lost such a bright little star. Much love to you man.
