The lady to the far left with her arms crossed (in the white sweater & maroon shirt) has me dying with laughter as much as Drew & Tourette's lady She's either bored because she's not the center of attention, or offended for the people Drew's teasing playfully 🤣 I wonder if she knew she was going to a comedy show if she wanted to go to the ballet & her husband bought tickets for this instead. 😂😂😂
I was looking through the comments to see if I was the only one who saw her. She looks angry. Like she is not impressed. I agree with your centre of attention comment. I mean you sit in the front row to get attention and this poor girl with a medical condition is stealing it from her. How dare she 😂
I don't think it's that big of a deal. There were several moments you can see her laughing. Not all types of comedy hits everybody the exact same way and just because she looks more bored than everybody else doesn't mean she is. You don't know what anybody in that audience is going through.
OMG Hilarious and you absolutely nailed it! You made her to feel welcomed and loved in a way that you used her disability to make fun of yourself. You were sweet and respectful to all of them. I was on a gig in Sweden where I’m from, and that comedian invited us to interact with him, as you did here, but the thing was that he wasn’t respectful to us. He just made everyone to feel discomfort and weird. He roasted us all in a way that wasn’t funny. I’m ok to be roasted, but in the way he did it was just not ok. Afterwards I heard that the main part of the audience felt the same, and that he couldn’t handle that type of comic. But you did it so nice!! 👍 😂
I want to have a friend like Drew, that when we meet up he will be like "You wont believe what happened to me tonight" and he will have such stories and happenings. xD

"Disability swirl" 😂 im AuADHD and im calling it that from now on.
How do you treat a person with … … …
You treat them like any other person.
That's all there is to it.
Thank you for including us in you show :)
Dude you’re great for handling this situation with dignity and class. Luv ya buddy
Damn it you're awesome man. THIS is how you make jokes about stuff people think comedians will get "canceled" for.
Pirate guy from dodgeball! He didnt dodge the wrench
Thank you for explaining your choices and take on this. I appreciate that and learn from it.
Love how we all *smiled and waved* with the most upmost respect.
Thank you for the smile today. ❤
You are an absolute legend! Helping people accept tough situations and turn them for the better... I can't wait to see you live when you come to Houston!
Showing up to a stand-up show dressed as a pirate and then sitting right up by the stage is either badass or insane. Possibly both. Good thing he picked the polite comic.
That was great Drew. Your empathy knows no bounds, and you had strategies to go. You showed these audience members at the table respect, and led the rest of the audience to doing the same. These should be comedy skills 101, however for some comedians they are lacking , and so look for the easy was out. You’re awesome!!
Poor lady's tourettes is fighting constant battles💀
most days not this bad, most days just a bit here and there, I was very over stimulated and stressed that day
Just a legendary scenario, comedy gold to turn it into a dream.
Drew, never stop. You're amazing. I think I could probably get a 6 pack just from laughing. Thank you.
You are the best, we are super fans!! My husband has a bad stutter and I have extreme adhd with a twitchy verbal touretts. We saw you'll be in Rochester NY, we live in CT and are totally gonna take that 6hr drive to see your show. 🎉🎉🎉 aka my husband's gonna drive and force me out the house 😂😂😅
Now that’s how a professional does it! Well done Drew!
What a downright wonderful performance. I love how open and inclusive you are through this whole thing, and I also love the commentary to explain it out. Very cool. Love your work all the time, but wow. This one was stellar.
its amazing how little you stutter now, ita really incredible.
I freaking love watching you work when interacting with the crowds. It just amazing. I’ll randomly think about the woman with the hearing aid device that typed out what you were saying and you wore it. Then proceeded to turn of your mic for like a minute straight and perform just for her. ❤
Aww.. link?
so very proud of you for treating my co-host with so much class and respect this was fun to watch and glad she and her husband and also another friend had a great time :D love your shows adding this one to it :D
A pirate, a poacher, and a Tourettes walked into a bar.
Incredible control dude. Appreciate the way you present the talents you have and the art of comedy
I laughed way too hard 🤣 my brother also has Tourettes and will literally say penis juice too! I don't know what about the tic makes that seem like a good idea, but we laugh about it now and make sure he's okay when the physical tics make him tense up. This was great to watch, I love the inclusion and acceptance of disability with no judgement and no malice.
Someone else with my tic HOLY COW!!!
I really appreciate your videos where you stop and explain the "behind the scenes" reasons for what you do.
That HA HA at the end killed me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I was rolling! This was fantastic. The way you navigated it was brilliant. Drew, you’re a national treasure.
Beautifully handled Drew. I admit, I was getting nervous how the conversation would go. Thanks for adding an after clip explaining why you did what you did.
If you see this thank you. You have helped me with my comedy before I started. I first saw you on agt or something and haven't came across you again til this week. I have a natural ability to tell life stories in a way that makes them funny. I dont have to try that hard really. But I appreciate your videos where you explain what's going on etc. it's guiding me on how to react if things go south. Please come to Pennsylvania so I can see you live. I've never been to a stand up show before and would like you to pop my stand up V card 😂
That bit was hilarious about the sorting hat...lol.
Love the commentary, as a creative and a connesuier of comedy I appreciate it.
I appreciate the quick wit
goshdarnit, this is pure madness 🤣
An absolute master of laughing with someone, and not at them.
To think how many times this woman has been upset or cried because of this affliction to be laughing hysterically is heartwarming.
That was amazing!! Yay for our fellow neuro spicy friends like me, loved this, so wholesome and hilarious!!
Imagine having her at all your gigs. You'd never need to come up with anything. She provides all the material by accident.😂
Didn't know you're from my home state! I'll have to keep an eye out for Indiana shows
The lady to the far left with her arms crossed (in the white sweater & maroon shirt) has me dying with laughter as much as Drew & Tourette's lady She's either bored because she's not the center of attention, or offended for the people Drew's teasing playfully 🤣 I wonder if she knew she was going to a comedy show if she wanted to go to the ballet & her husband bought tickets for this instead. 😂😂😂
I know! I was looking at other people too 😂
I was looking through the comments to see if I was the only one who saw her.
@@gagetaylor192 Generally I agree, though there was someone who was very hostile towards me the whole night, it was not that woman though
Tourettes lady had such a fun time this night. You merged this together well. Two thumbs-up, Drew.
i gotta come see you someday. all the crowdwork videos just slay me.
Amazing empathy and improv :)
briliant !!!!!!!
I want to have a friend like Drew, that when we meet up he will be like "You wont believe what happened to me tonight" and he will have such stories and happenings. xD
i really like that your an empathetic comedian. its nice to see once in a while
I suffer exercise induced bronchospasm and extreme laughter can bring on an attack. I was once called while reacting to something in Hedwig & the Angry Inch. so hard that John Cameron Michell stopped and said " get that man a respirator" to me that showed how present he was. Like you were in the moment of the tourettes situation and your handing of it was gorgeously elegant
This is the first time I am thankful for the TH-cam algorithm coz it introduced you to me. Im glad that i got to know about this amazing channel.❤
Drew you're so kind and intelligent. I love your mind
This is the first time in a week since I've laughed that hard. I really needed that.
Been following you for years now and you're still funny af
I must admit though, I prefer your footage of live shows with audiences interaction than your Netflix specials as amazing as they are. Your crowd work is phenomenal!
You are the master of audience collaboration.😂❤
You are a legend
This was so funny! I really love seeing you live - I went to Austin this year. You were on the top of my bucket list of comedians to see. This whole table situation is too good. You should tell talk about this in other shows. 🤪
My close friend used to constantly dress like a pirate. He married one of my best friends, ever, & they had a pirate wedding. We lost them years ago, so this actually made me miss them. ❤
also very cool that his show actually started when he stood up and his body language indicated that the show was taking a transition now. very well thought out
Your a good dude. For real for supporting her by not making her feel so bad . Thanks for the laughs .
Ya know after she said “gnome” I just can’t unsee it now
Hey Drew, I had to resubscribe to your channel. I have no idea what happened! Better remind people to make sure they are still subscribed. Good thing one of your videos popped up or else I wouldn't have known! Hope you're well and I also hope to catch your live show next time you come back to my area.
I was just pushed a frosted flakes ad... I'm ded
Thank you both for showing the world that you can veer from the "norm" , but still have fun. I love how you were both good sports during the exchange.
Nicely done, all around.
I can't wait to see you at Goodnights Comedy Raleigh North Carolina next month 🥳
I bought tickets in July! I have followed you for years 😮🤪 thanks for all the laughs! You've gotten me through a lot of sad times!!🤗
Keep on being you!! Wishing you safe travels Drew! 🌹Thank your wife for sharing you with us!! My favorite is the squirrel story and her building a ladder with popsicle sticks sitting on the floor with purple lips 😂
Sounds so much like me 🤭🤣
🥰
✌❤🙏
I wait, I used to live in Fort Wane as a kid! So cool you did a show there!
