Imagine Sukuna sends a slash and then Sukuna gets hit with the same slash cause Todo switched him, dudes gonna be so pissed, also in a environment where there is a lot of cursed objects or anything with cursed energy or infused with cursed energy (rocks or sticks infused with CE) then Todo can just blitz around anyone instantly not to mention no one would be able to tell what he would switch with making any technique that is considered a ranged attack with travel time almost useless and in the worse case lethal for the one sending it cause Todo could switch at the last moment, dude had a crazy technique that we and him didn’t fully get to see, I mean depending on range he could even just throw a rock infused with CE towards dangerous area such as a volcano or a pit with sharp objects and then switch at the last moment like he did with Hanami basically lethally wounding his opponents or outright killing them, this technique would even fuck with people like Sukuna and Gojo cause of how disorienting and unstoppable it is cause he can just keep on switching them with whatever has cursed energy towards a dangerous area or to fuck with them for fun, yea it’s destructive power isn’t on the same scale as Gojos infinity or Sukunas Slash/dismantle but that fact that this technique is basically a sure hit makes it unstoppable, maybe a simple domain would help to stop it but we don’t know how that’s gonna work. Todo is probably learning RCT, but even if he heals his hand? Mahito touched him. The shape of his soul has been altered so his hand can never fully be the same again. Then again, maybe Yukis research on the soul can be of help.
I remember Todo talking about his celeb crush stating she likes her men “a little stupid.” Made me think he was just another dummy with crazy strength but after watching him work, you can see this guy is smart as hell.
I think Todo will be back before the end of the series, with his cursed technique.(manga spoilers from here) At the beginning of the Gojo and Sukuna fight they talk about simplifying techniques while making them slightly weaker, I believe Todo could come back with his technique being activated by snapping instead of clapping.(possibly actually having the restriction of only swapping himself and others, like he lied about to Hanami)

It was an absolute tragedy that Todo lost his hand. My one hope is that it may have granted him a deeper understanding of his ability so that he realizes he can use it regardless. i think you sold him short as a trade in for Yuta since being in a 2v1 would allow him to swap his enemies into each other's attacks. I also think his possible growth isn't appreciated. We saw him use a rock he infused cursed energy into to jump behind Mahito's spawns. I can easily imagine him developing interesting techniques around launching or scattering cursed items around the area to swap with.

Todo could take down Reggie and his squad, the only one I'm iffy about is Hazenoki and even then with his swapping shtick and the fact Todo is above a lot of characters in terms of pure physical stats I say that Todo still holds up surprisingly well.

My boy Todo got Le Mirion treatment. Appeared as an extremely strong, then everyone else got stronger and he is no longer relevant. On the fight against Mahito, he was clearly the weaker of them, and if he were to come back now, I really doubt he would be of any relevance with the level of power we are at currently

Nah Todo is actually OP as a support if boogie woogie can still be used. He'd be an extremely powerful asset even in the current fight against Sukuna. Imagine the shenanigans.
Todo is a good suport fighter, if you put him in a 2v1 he can make his teamate do a lot more damage and be hit a lot less. If he willl come back he could be a huge help agains almost any enemy (exept Sukuna because he is the best when it comes to 1vmany as he can cut multiple people at once).
I really like your reading of just how crazy Todo is. This is this a really good, concise explanation. But just like how Todo feels like a safe presence, one you could fully entrust to keep you alive, Mahito like a direct mirror, except for death. And not only is that proved in Shibuya, but also Mahito's fight against Mechamaru. No matter what, Mahito just didn't go down. He IS dread incarnate. He's like a cockroach that just will not die, no matter how strong, or what form you could take on, or whatever amp you have, if you're not Yuji(and of course the exceptions you don't need named), you're fucked, period. I already knew what happens in the manga, but watching season 2, I genuinely felt hopeless when in the face of Mahito. If you can trust Todo to keep you alive, you can trust Mahito to kill you.

Yuji has cursed energy and a ton of it. He use it to reinforce his raw physical strength. What he doesn't have is a cursed technique since it's lineage based and at that point (pre-culling games) what we know is that he didn't come from a sorcerer family.

todo has disapeared for all this time because he would be the ultimate trump card against sukuna. The same way I believe that sukuna beating gojo was nonsense and that’s why he wouldn’t show the actual scene. Gojo has the six eyes and was at 120% of his power so he could have easily understood the slash coming at him and simply dodge it but he didn’t because narratively speaking sukuna has to win. I had an argument earlier that Toji would absolutely destroy Todo. I said Toji would win, but (he wouldn’t come out unscathed) Toji has a specific counter to Toji, his strength is admiral, his speed can be made up for with boggie woogie. His 530,000 IQ would help him understand Toji (he could also switch with the worm lol) anyway people underestimate Todo.
todo was my guy, hope he comes back although mahito touched and changed his soul, other sorcerers have been touched by mahito and continue to use their CT, even mahito in the fight thought that he wouldnt be able to take him down with one touch, we see nanami get touched at least twice before his death and he was weakened. while todo was clearly weaker than mahito or yuji at that point he was still a grade 1, and for the short time before yuji was able to rejoin the fight he scrapped mahito alone and came out unscathed. hes clearly capble and yuji only won cus he tricked mahito. todo defo gotta comeback at some point as liek reinforcements for depleted characters like Yuji at the very end, thus fulfilling his purpose as the guy who make you feel safe
Ok so I'm paused at half the video just to say this, but you really and I do mean REALLY repeat the same points over and over again. Constantly mentioning the gap between Todo and the rest of his group, how he'll kill everyone from his group along w their head teacher, and how Hanami didn't consider Noritoshi and Inumaki as threats...it just bothers me. Obviously this isn't a method to prolong the video for ad revenue so this seems like just quirk of the script you wrote. It would be much better if you don't reiterate points like these and if you do need to reiterate something, do so sparingly, not every point needs to be highlighted more then twice. I’ll be honest I feel like todo was a big fish in a small pond in the beginning of the series. Culling games and even shibuya is an entirely different ball game as everyone is now WAY ahead of him I understand that it was todo who taught Yuji what a black flash is but todo himself never hit one until shibuya, cause he had the whole monologue that Yuji got so much stronger that he had to catch up so he wouldn’t be alone And now culling games Yuji is an entirely different beast, being able to even surpass a sakuna with his Cursed energy being surpassed by megumi with even the king of curses wondering where he’s getting this strength from someone like nobara with no real special grade teacher felt the sparks of black before him. Megumi by shibuya had an incomplete domain and was able to have a tug of war with Dagon Mechamaru’s trump card put up a decently good fight against mahito (and is something that would be hard for todo to even fight on his own) And awakened maki is equal to toji zenin Todo was great but legit all those weaker then him grew and surpassed todo
Todo had already experienced Black Flash before he did it in Shibuya. His monologue was about not letting Yuji being the only one doing it in the fight.
What I don’t get about Todo’s technique being dead is that we saw him use it by clapping his hand with Mahito’s. So I’m assuming he can still use it with a prosthetic hand filled with CE? I just find it a little inconsistent maybe Todo said it’s dead for the theatrics.

I haven't watch JJK but after watching this, man, Todo gives off a main protagonist vibe. Always looking for stronger opponents and most fights bored him because they're too weak. Sounds a lot like Saitama or Goku except he's a lot smarter than them both combined.

if someone can heal soul damage should be Nobara with a Reverse of her innate technique that hurts the soul directly After all she was stated as mahito´s direct counter and i could see a scenario where she has a cursed technique near death epifany (she was reaching the core of cursed energy when fighting the cursed wounds) and has a late recovery but straight from the soul and goes straight to training/fake dead so she can heal others that is stated to be much harder than heal oneself and get back to yuji for doing the same. Then she could became a broken healer, heal todo´s hand and maybe even help megumi´s "broken soul" and help him fight sukuna from the inside

Todo could take down Reggie and his squad, the only one I'm iffy about is Hazenoki and even then with his swapping shtick and the fact Todo is above a lot of characters in terms of pure physical stats I say that Todo still holds up surprisingly well.

My boy Todo got Le Mirion treatment. Appeared as an extremely strong, then everyone else got stronger and he is no longer relevant. On the fight against Mahito, he was clearly the weaker of them, and if he were to come back now, I really doubt he would be of any relevance with the level of power we are at currently

Todo is a good suport fighter, if you put him in a 2v1 he can make his teamate do a lot more damage and be hit a lot less.
If he willl come back he could be a huge help agains almost any enemy (exept Sukuna because he is the best when it comes to 1vmany as he can cut multiple people at once).
I really like your reading of just how crazy Todo is. This is this a really good, concise explanation. But just like how Todo feels like a safe presence, one you could fully entrust to keep you alive, Mahito like a direct mirror, except for death. And not only is that proved in Shibuya, but also Mahito's fight against Mechamaru. No matter what, Mahito just didn't go down. He IS dread incarnate. He's like a cockroach that just will not die, no matter how strong, or what form you could take on, or whatever amp you have, if you're not Yuji(and of course the exceptions you don't need named), you're fucked, period. I already knew what happens in the manga, but watching season 2, I genuinely felt hopeless when in the face of Mahito. If you can trust Todo to keep you alive, you can trust Mahito to kill you.

Yuji has cursed energy and a ton of it. He use it to reinforce his raw physical strength. What he doesn't have is a cursed technique since it's lineage based and at that point (pre-culling games) what we know is that he didn't come from a sorcerer family.

Mahito had to be taken out because he would come at as stronger than sukuna very quickly. Some say that he’s only 2 years old. So I do agree with that. It’s not about taking sides with who I want to win it’s about realizing the laziness of the author to continue the plot. The same way I believe that sukuna beating gojo was nonsense and that’s why he wouldn’t show the actual scene. Gojo has the six eyes and was at 120% of his power so he could have easily understood the slash coming at him and simply dodge it but he didn’t because narratively speaking sukuna has to win. I said Toji would win, but (he wouldn’t come out unscathed) Toji has a specific counter to Toji, his strength is admiral, his speed can be made up for with boggie woogie. His 530,000 IQ would help him understand Toji (he could also switch with the worm lol) anyway people underestimate Todo.

todo was my guy, hope he comes back although mahito touched and changed his soul, other sorcerers have been touched by mahito and continue to use their CT, even mahito in the fight thought that he wouldnt be able to take him down with one touch, we see nanami get touched at least twice before his death and he was weakened. while todo was clearly weaker than mahito or yuji at that point he was still a grade 1, and for the short time before yuji was able to rejoin the fight he scrapped mahito alone and came out unscathed. hes clearly capble and yuji only won cus he tricked mahito. todo defo gotta comeback at some point as liek reinforcements for depleted characters like Yuji at the very end, thus fulfilling his purpose as the guy who make you feel safe
Ok so I'm paused at half the video just to say this, but you really and I do mean REALLY repeat the same points over and over again. Constantly mentioning the gap between Todo and the rest of his group, how he'll kill everyone from his group along w their head teacher, and how Hanami didn't consider Noritoshi and Inumaki as threats...it just bothers me. Obviously this isn't a method to prolong the video for ad revenue so this seems like just quirk of the script you wrote. It would be much better if you don't reiterate points like these and if you do need to reiterate something, do so sparingly, not every point needs to be highlighted more then twice. I understand that it was todo who taught Yuji what a black flash is but todo himself never hit one until shibuya, cause he had the whole monologue that Yuji got so much stronger that he had to catch up so he wouldn’t be alone
And now culling games Yuji is an entirely different beast, being able to even surpass a sakuna with his Cursed energy being surpassed by megumi with even the king of curses wondering where he’s getting this strength from
someone like nobara with no real special grade teacher felt the sparks of black before him.
Megumi by shibuya had an incomplete domain and was able to have a tug of war with Dagon
Mechamaru’s trump card put up a decently good fight against mahito (and is something that would be hard for todo to even fight on his own)
And awakened maki is equal to toji zenin

Imagine Sukuna sends a slash and then Sukuna gets hit with the same slash cause Todo switched him, dudes gonna be so pissed, also in a environment where there is a lot of cursed objects or anything with cursed energy or infused with cursed energy (rocks or sticks infused with CE) then Todo can just blitz around anyone instantly not to mention no one would be able to tell what he would switch with making any technique that is considered a ranged attack with travel time almost useless and in the worse case lethal for the one sending it cause Todo could switch at the last moment, dude had a crazy technique that we and him didn’t fully get to see, I mean depending on range he could even just throw a rock infused with CE towards dangerous area such as a volcano or a pit with sharp objects and then switch at the last moment like he did with Hanami basically lethally wounding his opponents or outright killing them, this technique would even fuck with people like Sukuna and Gojo cause of how disorienting and unstoppable it is cause he can just keep on switching them with whatever has cursed energy towards a dangerous area or to fuck with them for fun, yea it’s destructive power isn’t on the same scale as Gojos infinity or Sukunas Slash/dismantle but the fact that this technique is basically a sure hit makes it unstoppable, maybe a simple domain would help to stop it but we don’t know how that’s gonna work. Either way dude could’ve been special grade not to mention dude has some crazy pure raw physical stats, probably only behind Toji, Maki, Yuji and current Sukuna (4 armed Hein Era Sukuna) in pure physical strength and speed (meaning with no CE), so his base for when he does use CE to enhance his body is already insane as it is.

After all she was stated as mahito´s direct counter and i could see a scenario where she has a cursed technique near death epifany (she was reaching the core of cursed energy when fighting the cursed wounds) and has a late recovery but straight from the soul and goes straight to training/fake dead so she can heal others that is stated to be much harder than heal oneself and get back to yuji for doing the same. Then she could became a broken healer, heal todo´s hand and maybe even help megumi´s "broken soul" and help him fight sukuna from the inside
