I was about to say Dynasty, but that photo-finish was spectacular. 18:24. Dynasty basically doesn't have any bad units. Samurai are expensive pawns, but they don't need Shield units to protect them, and projectile parry is extremely powerful. Ninjas are OP for their cost, especially with the Knockback for Crowd Control, but that DPS is insane. Firework Archers can kill Chronomancer. 1 lucky Hwatcha shot can wipe out an entire army (But it's derpy.) Dragon isn't literally a dragon, but it is incredibly effective, and it drops the kick squad when it dies. Monks aren't anything to write home about. 1 halfway decent unit, and Monkey King. About the worst I can say is that their only Charging unit is Monkey King, and he tends to die before the army gets there.
how do you keep the ninjas from dying? Their hp is pretty low and their range is not that far. Are samurai better for stalling than monks? Hwacha's are really strong, but I have seen them completely miss too many times to rely on them.
@@diamondrg3556 ninjas need to either be way in the back or wide flank, you want them to come in after the first wave crashes so they can be a clean up crew not all the time but they are better rounded completely agree here lol they are the coin flip of shooting in this game, they either double their cost in kills or miss twice then get hit by a spear
@@diamondrg3556 they’re pretty much just the better ninja, the ninja still has advantages but being able to completely shoot around the shields in the game is normally plenty to justify the gunslinger over the ninja
This is interesting, thanks for the work. I'd like to take the loser factions from these battles and set them up against your arrays of the mid and top tier factions, but with flexibility regarding unit choice and placement. I think the weak factions can beat the strong factions, as long as the weak faction player knows the enemy units and their placement. Which would show that the crucial things (given equal money) are foreknowledge and tactical positioning, not necessarily how strong the factions are. Just a thought, and probably obvious, but it'll be fun to try. BTW I think you meant TABS and not TABG. Thanks again and I hope you make more videos.
I'm looking at Evil, as you've composed and placed the team, vs tribal, and it's hard to picture an equal money configuration of tribal that will win. So I'll probably try that one.
I think your statements are 100% correct, the "weaker" can certainly grab wins if you were to implement different positioning and unit choices depending on your opponent. This video just showcased the factions that prevailed under the circumstances given (aka, a traditional/elementary tactical approach where melee units are at the front and ranged are at the very back). I'd also like to point out that tournaments of any kind tends to have upsets/surprising results and that this video has not really gone in-depth as in terms of finding a definite answer as to what faction TRULY is the best. I appreciate the support though and will try to release similar videos in the future.
I've actually done my own TABS factions tournament which included the Legacy faction and each faction could use it's secret units (but Legacy faction couldn't use either the super or dark peasants), and Legacy faction won (super boxer and thor carried), with evil 2nd place (no one carried), and dynasty faction was 3rd place (no one carried).
The dynasty takes the dub very expected, first the monks act like tanks although they don’t have much dmg, they take most of the hits. Monkey king is useless, but does act like distraction, fir work archer have great splash dmg. Also the hiwacha is literally a machine gun shredding everything
i wonder how legacy and secret would be ranked tho secret is mostly filled with units that are bonus units to the other factions anyway my best guess is at the top seeing as secret is filled with overpowered suff and legacy has the strongest units in the game
This video is very well made and put together and I hope to see you get the recognition you deserve 👍
Criminaly underrated this is so high quality
Question:
How does this not have more views.

@@evangannon8118 I really like gunslingers. Are they similar in power to ninjas? They do it in bursts.

I think Viking has very good units, but really easily countered. You can still find success though
Rip bard, he was a true chad, outlived everyone in his team
underated and very well made
I hate the fact that this is so underrated

ima bit late but this was a great video!
I think dynasty because all their unit is strong

I haven't watched yet, rooting Dynasty, betting Good
Edit: I don't believe it
Honestly vikings really suprised me, I kinda forgot about them and really undersestamaited them (dont correct my grammar)
The true champ was that bard on his long march of dodging everything
Spooky I will have my revenge

I stil lthink good faction is best but good video anyway
What editing software do you use
Humanity needs Jesus!
Reas the Bible Praise the Lord humanity needs Jesus!
Amen brother
I think vikings
Wild west beats vikings if you use more gunslingers
And potentially dynasty? one gunslinger round would kill that entire backline
If you cant tell, I really like gunslinger
are you norwegian or swedish
Medieval is the best cause it has king and knight 🗿
fam i think u said tabg the entire time
