I've driven my Colt for the last 5 years and could never figure out what made the clunking noise when going over bumps too quickly. I watched many videos & read through many forum posts. I thought it was the struts, then thought it was the strut rubber mounts, then thought it was the springs, then thought it was the sway bar end links, so that's the only thing I replaced because I couldn't afford to change anything else. It didn't work. I tried spring cushions because they were cheap and easy to install, that didn't work either. I gave up for years, then stumbled onto this video recently. I watched the video and thought, hey same car, same noise description. I had a strong feeling that it was going to fix my problem, however, I knew it was going to be really, really, really hard, considering the tight space. I was extremely worried that if I could get the bolt off, how would I put it back on. After 4 hours, I was about to give up and pay some mechanic $200 to install it, then by sheer luck, I was able to figure out how to remove and install the bushes, but not using your way though. Thank you very much.
So did it stop the thud/clunking noise over bumps? Your video doesn't show if this fixed the problem. Would've been nice if you showed your car driving over speed humps to see if the noise is still there. This problem is common with all Colts, but I have no idea if it's the stabilizer bar bushings, or link bushings, or strut mounts. Good video though.
Там в рычагах под стойки еще отверстия изнашиваются и стойки начинают болтаться и стучать, так что рычаги под замену или же обварит отверстия, как я себе и сделал. Полет нормальный.

И до скольки затягивать стойку стабилизатора？до упора или постепенно потом протягивать по мере износа？
