Great tip about looking for five star hotels - we also loved Kings Carriage House in NYC.

The tea doesn’t brew. The correct word is steep. Thank you for the lovely video.

The tip about how to place the sugar cube in order to not splash is really the mechanical stuff I have a weakness in. I could watch a course on just mess-control tips, like how to clear the drop from underneath the soup spoon on the side of the bowl or how to uncork a bottle of champaign. Of course, such a video would mix a bunch of contexts and not be the best for learning purposes, but maybe one could distill the principles of how to move and mechanically maneuver, so one could get a sense for it rather than a set of context-laden rules.

Hi Heidi, I love your videos. I would love if you could do a video on the proper way to stand/walk. I loved your video on how to sit but would like to know your etiquette on how to stand & walk.

Another hazard of the tea light warmers is damage to your teapot. I used a tea light warmer and it caused crazing in a beloved teapot.
