Thanks for this, I’ve just come in from the garden extremely frustrated by the line cutting continually on my Bosch 26 strimmer. It could be because I bought the line off the internet. Feeling a little calmer after watching your video 😊

Thanks for the kind message Tania - it seems to have stopped falling apart quite so much now, maybe it's just near the start. Good luck with the gardening!

I have this machine, it's good but not so fast cutting grass, is there anything I can do to improve the performance?

Thanks for the kind comment - you're absolutely right. We got this to replace our previous Bosch trimmer and I don't know why this seems much weaker...
      The line keeps breaking too.
I wonder if it's something to do with the line.
I might buy a new cartridge and see if it's any better...

Are these suitable for the brush steel fittings advertised on Facebook? Can the spool holder come off?

Thanks for the kind question - I've not seen the brush steel fittings on Facebook, so I'll have a look at those. And I've had a few of these trimmers and the spool holder has never come off, even when I've grazed it against stone, lots of times. Hope this helps and good luck with your gardening!

If there is one thing in life I find so frustrating it's exactly this...when you're in the flow of strimming your edges or thicker grassy areas & the line snaps...this is OK if it happens once or twice during your cut, but when it happens multiple times & you spend more time turning off the power & taking the cap off, feeding the line back through...aaaah! It drives me that crazy I tend to liken myself to the deranged guy from chewing the fat who looses the plot at simple thing's that otherwise wouldn't normally bother us, but when it happens for the 10th time in a row the red mist descends...I just wish the line/gut on these strimmers were more robust & didn't snap as often...or maybe it's because I'm not the most enthusiastic gardener & not exactly green fingered lol..again good of you to show these kind of thing's for those that might not know.

Yes - this is so true, thanks for the kind comment.
I swear my Bosch trimmer before this one had a stronger line and I had to feed it out less...
