I've tried ipad's in the past and thought it was just a gigantic iPhone until I bought the mini. It's a perfect companion to my iPhone 16 Pro. Couldn't believe i finally found and iPad i loved!
Great review and definitely outlined the things that I love about the iPad mini 6, in fact I’m watching this video on an iPad mini 6! I hope you get more and more views and subscribers soon, you deserve it.
I own one of each size. But for ease and walking the Mini is the most perfect companion. Which is why I wish Apple would make the mini, the mini pro version of the big dogs. In any case. I love it. I will pray this 7 gets 120hz. I would love it even more with the mini LED or OLED
Money isn't an issue for me, so I'm waiting for the new ipad mini. I already have the 2024 macbook air 15 inch, so i dont want a big ipad. Mini is perfect size for reading and entertainment.
As the retirement window approaches, I find the concept of dumping the heavy toolbox of multiple mobile devices becoming more attractive. I also find that real estate on phones has become visually challenging and like the larger screen of the iPad Mini. If my Harry Potter wand worked, I would opt for a Apple crossover mini tablet that incorporates the best features of iPhone, iPad and Mac book with optimization for the interoperability of the MS Suite of Office software. Since no crossover device exists, if you were to consolidate all of your communication needs for personal life and a self employment side gig into a device like a iPad Mini, how would you do it and what is the logic behind the choices?
That's a tricky but great question. Personally, I'm hanging out for a crossover device, which would be the MacBook Air with a touchscreen, which you could swivel over and fold over the keyboard that could operate like an iPad, but that wouldn't necessarily be quite a big device. For an iPad mini, I just love it as it is. What I would like would be like an equivalent of a teeny tiny magic keyboard that would fit over the device with maybe a, somehow the keyboard slides out wider and folds in on itself. That would be awesome. I love how the Apple Pencil works with the iPad mini. A faster processor would be great, but then I guess, well, that's what the mini seven will bring, but I probably won't be willing to pay the premium for it.
@@PocketCams my ipad mini6 overheated once insanely hot but cooled down when i placed it in front of the fan, is it going to be alright if i make sure not to sleep on it while charged again?
Am still holding on to my ipad mini 5. For some reasons, I can't let go of the Apple old design, Home button and all that. My wishes for an ipad mini 7 are, thinner bezels and an entry level 128gb. As a photographer, I find the ipad mini to be the perfect size as a "on the go" photo album, to show my work around (my iphone 13 mini is too small to do that) Thanks for the vid!
Got mine sinds 2021, great resell value when the 7 comes out. Only downside is the screen, can’t use it in bright light. Still running IOS 15.3, trollstore is the main reason.
I love my Mini 6. I only use it for TH-cam so the base storage is more than enough for me. I use a Bluetooth speaker for the extra volume. I have a pencil but I never use it. I also have a nice leather case on it. I do all other social media on my 15 Pro Max. It works so well for me that I'm not even considering upgrading.
Hey man after my 2028 high school graduation my dad will get me any decide I want with 5G cellular data and I think by that time I assume I should be having maybe the iPad mini 7th or 8th generation if they come out soon (knowing that apple rarely updates the mini ipads) . And I think it will help me in college what do you think ?
for college work I’d maybe go for something a bit bigger like an iPad Air maybe. that small screen maybe a little too cramped for some of the work you may be doing, day in day out.
@@PocketCams I mean it’s larger than a phone but I would still buy the mini since it’s more portable and easier to carry around for entertainment, work, etc.
Here’s what’s gonna happen…I have a mini 4 and been doing my research. Don’t want a 64 gig mini 6 so will save my pennies for a 256 gig which in Space Grey. Those are rarely available in the Apple Refurbished site. I will then bite the bullet and buy a new 256gb Space Grey. It will arrive and and I will be overjoyed! …one day before Apple release the mini 7 with a base storage of 128 gig at £499.00. MUTHAF~

No problem 👍

I think it’s still an inexpensive option!!

I think so too!
I watched. I'm still sold on iPads but hey, you got a comment and a like.
Hey, at least my video got you to like it! That’s a win in the iPad world, right? 😂
Got a 5th Gen, so waiting impatiently for the new one.
Thanks for the content.
What camera setup are you using? Image looks super sharp :)

It is - and I can even be productive on it too.
throw your money at it.

I absolutely love my Mini 6! Depending on what changes with the release of the Mini 7, I may upgrade or I may not.
I hear you - can't see me upgrading for quite a while personally - I only just got mine :)
@@PocketCams I’ve had mine for a few years, but an upgrade would have to bring a lot of new specs for me to justify it.

I’m waiting for the 7. I want Apple intelligence.
I hear you - you may not be alone in this - though I think it may be over-rated and under-deliver - just a hunch

I have almost the same pairing now - iPhone 13 Mini and iPad Mini - but mine's a 6. Work really well together. Both bought second-hand
I want a mini I’m waiting for the 7 . I hope they put a m1 or m2 but I doubt it sad😢
I recently purchased a used iPad mini 6. Can you tell me how many more updates it will receive?
No idea!

Love that vibe! The Mini 6 is doing its thing while your 15 Pro Max handles the social media hustle.
Worth picking one up in like new condition for $150?
That sounds pretty good even for a 64GB version. Depeneds on how much you want a 7 (when it comes out), but that's a great deal for $150
That’s a crazy price, where you found it?
Wait until after October 22nd and there’s new iPads coming
Watching this on my ipad 5 mini. Going strong, fast sure. Keep your money in your pocket Go with a 5 mini.
Small screen size is a con ??? Really then why you want to buy the mini ?
Screen size great for some things - not so much for others

I need apps to update the software for the iPad mini because I’m pissed on how instagram and Tik tok look on it.
I know what you mean - looks even worse on larger iPads
