Hey I have a question, in high school im currently focusing on Aerospace Engineering and my instruments (Violin for 5 years and will continue , Cello 1 year and will continue, and Piano for 5 years will continue). I want to volunteer at an animal humane society for the rest of high school. I am only going into 10th grade and I know that a shelter has nothing to do with what I want ,job wise after college. I love animals and volunteering there is my dream and I know I'm going to be passionate about it. I'm planning on doing over 200 hours, will it affect my resume badly if it doesn't relate to anything else in my resume.
i am international students who is looking forward applying to ivies. my 9 and 11 grades are good but it is quite average in 12, i have strong community service and extracurriculars, do i have a chance to get inn any tips from your side?
Of course you have the chance to get in! The application process is holistic so make sure you're focusing on your grades, test scores, extracurriculars, recommendations, essays, etc.
