Yes with staff of light, staff of dead, and staff of balance I do t know if you need to finish the training first to auto cast I wouldn’t think so. There’s a few other weps that allow god spells to be auto cast, think only one more for each thou other than the god staffs u get at mage arena
TIPS if you want to keep your PK risk down: If you first complete the Miniquest "Curse of the Empty Lord" you can obtain the ghostly robes for a magic bonus. It isn't as strong as other magic sets, however you can obtain MULTIPES of it for FREE! Equip your staff, offhand, and necklace of choice as the other 3 and your only risk really becomes your consumables! Wines for healing can be a really cheap option as they cost almost nothing in the GE and only reduce attack.

Heads up, you can take all 3 capes regardless of which one you first choose. Just pray at the other 2 and walk out with 3 capes. :)
