Congrats! I'm 5 months post-op for bypass - it's quite a journey! I relate with the goal weight comments. A "normal" BMI for me is 140lbs. max and I can't even wrap my head around that as a concept you know? I've never had a weight goal partially because I think there is too much emphasis on this (sometimes) arbitrary number on the scale that doesn't necessarily define you, your health, or your abilities. I know I need a ballpark - I can't just wing it completely - but I don't want a number to try and define me.
@@shivb8192 Hey I'm feeling great I'm 10 weeks now down 48 lbs down and thankfully now heartburn or hair loss (knocking on wood) 😂 How are things coming along with you.
@@shivb8192 okay! My only discomfort was the gas the first 2 days and not being able to drink the was I wanted to (gulp instead of sip) I use a heating pad and Gasx and have been living La Vida Loca ever since😂😂😂
@@mommieat25 lol ok heating pad and Gasx will definitely keep that on deck, and yes I'm learning more about the 30 30 30 rule. I'm trying to start that now alongside taking sips bcuz I to can gulp water. Thanks sooo much for all your info i appreciate it.
