Is there any way to know if I recovered properly??
Because sometimes I think I did. And then on my next day at work I can feel, that my body is still up regulated
    Great podcast by the way!!

great questions, very simply how you feel is a good indicator, and how you perform the following training session... but if you want something more quantitative then tracking resting heart rate, respiratory rate at rest and BOLT score are good measures to track, as well as HRV if you have wearable tech. Glad you enjoyed the episode, i loved it too!
