That is absolutely true….. the way we live is with a sense of community, helping each other, while simultaneously being autonomous….. which can only be achieved willingly….. and not forced 😂😂😂
Do the course grind then add the seasoning, hand mix for a few minutes, then grind with the fine plate. Works good that way for me and we don't dirty up the mixer. Chorizo Black Bear is my Favorite
