    I know it looks aesthetically pleasing with the whole jammy dodger on top but how do you think it would turn out if the jammy dodgers were roughly chopped up and sprinkled on top?

    I’ve just tried this. Turned out nothing like, soggy and raw

      Hi, reasons for this could include: using cheap white chocolate with low milk solids or Milkybar, using a low quality jam, underbaking, not letting them set in the fridge for a couple of hours after fully cooling.
