While some times i get upset with your parry skills because I cannot manage anything even close to that, it also inspires me endlessly to try... And when I do a decent parry fight, it's the most fun I have in this game.
Love your videos. Scadutree Avatar is also immune to bleed but it’s optional (assuming you don’t get grabbed too much by the final bos) and interestingly Moghwyn’s Savred Spear, the ultimate bleed weapon it is, makes the fight trivial.

The Bloodfiends Arm is arguably the strongest weapon in the DLC. I did my second run with it after it got nerved and it was simply stupid and with that I mean stupid fun.

I know you like parrying and are really good at it, but I feel like you could switch up things in more weapon centric videos and not go for parries. It's fun watching you figure out unique ways to work around boss attacks.
As someone who likes to bully bosses without parries, Radahn is not growing on me either as he has a 6 second poise reset timer and some of his standard combos take more than that time. Fan daggers work great though. Can you please tell me which are his 5 moves that you could punish with slower weapons?

Man, Bayle's fight is just pure spectacle. It works so well as a final wrap up to this kind of video. It's like the perfect emotional climax for the journey you portray during the entire guide

For the Leda fight I just held down L2 for Wild Strikes on my maxed out Great Stars. Took no skill but got me through on my second try. NPC’s never stood a chance.

Dude, I never even found the cerulean coast, commander gaius or the rauh map.
It is absolutely not worth suffering through Commander Gaius for those 5 fragments. I appreciate that you're basically a God at this game Thingfishy, but for the rest of us mortals that's just not realistic.
Big ass arm, Savage lion's claw and bleed. My go to for the DLC apart from Promised Consort... He gets a boring Antspur with bleed and Fingerprint shield. Please keep making these build guides, I'm desperate to try new stuff on this amazing game :)

My man says he wants to look flashy yet refuses to jump Radahn's right foot stomp while following it up with a parry. Also, Radahn's parry counter resetting after the midfight cutscene feels intentionally hostile to parry enjoyers. Malenia's doesn't reset after the first healthbar and a cutscene, why should this be different?

I have a little feedback I want to give you: the color saturation seems too high. Some images are hard to see, and it’s a little harsh on the eyes. I hope this helps!
Great video! You can avoid having to fight Hornsent and still not have him turn up in the fight against Leda.
To do this you simply have to speak to him and summon him after killing messmer in his arena. (If you want to fight him solo). You have quite a bit of time during messmers death animation to go over to the summon sign and summon hornsent.

It’s so weird to see the putrescent knight stagger, in most playthroughs I feel like it’s almost impossible due to how much he just runs away

I literally just gave up on the final boss earlier today, and I was also using a charged heavy attack spam sort of build (heavy Iron Balls specifically). Watched this and went "Eh, let's give a shot". Respecced. And just got them 😅

Just for anyone struggling with this dlc know that you can get all the way up to scadutree level 15 having only killed the golden hippo (hippos) the rest are locked behind gaius and messmer
Poor old Bayle doesn't have a chance with Thingfishy and a chicken leg :-P
Great content as always, your setup guides are a keystone of new alts for me. That said, I hate to nitpick, but it seems, from fighting him, confirmed by Fextra and again by your footage, that the Scadutree Avatar is in fact also immune to bleed. If the setup you showed us was accurate for what you took into the fight, you'll see at no point in the fight footage shown, does the Lord of Bloods talisman activate. It seems his weakness to fire makes up for it, as I was able to dispatch him readily with Elenora's and the flame shrouding tear, but I feel its an important something to take note of. Please do correct me if I am missing something obvious, and again, love the content, keep it up. :)
I used the arm in my first run through the dlc. I actually didnt realize how jard the dlc was because of it. Im playing through with magic now and realizing why everyone was complaining about difficulty.
Ive died more this time, knowing whats coming and being at a distance. Imo, magic is not easy mode. Str and bleed are

It's crazy to me what Bosses everyone struggles against or absolutely Deletes. I first tried the Dancing Lion and Mesmer but then got destroyed by Midra. My friends couldn't beat Bayle but I got him in two attempts with little difficulty. One mans ass beating is another's lazy river I guess lol.

Max Pierce Damage when? Makes final boss easier than with parries, unless you are a parry master (and only problematic boss due to resistance is Putrescent Knight). :)

Do it! :) I learned parrying in Elden Ring by fighting the Crucible Knight in Limgrave at low level, he hits hard (so you learn not to be sloppy) and his move set is slow, limited and clearly telegraphed. I loved the Consort Radahn fight with parry strat, so satisfying. And with a light weapon like Blood Misericorde, it’s both possible and worthwhile to get hits in between the parries and on other openings.
@@tyllzybura Yeah, I'll probably try again. I always fall for the early moves. I just don't want it to feel like work, and it usually does.
yeah, another comment lol. if you look within the community, i think a lot of people were disappointed with the radahn fight, for both mechanical and lore reasons. i don't hate him in the same way i hate, say, deathbirds (their wonky hit boxes drive me nuts lol), but i've beaten him 3 times now with 3 different builds, and maybe i'll learn to enjoy it the way i learned to enjoy malenia, once i got a handle on the move set, but for now, i'm not a fan. it seems the most reliable method the community has settled on is to get max hp, stam, and stam regen, and status proc him with shield pokes until he's dead. which makes him a damage sponge, and isn't fun. at all. also the frame rate drops on pc in phase 2 are pretty crappy lol

Yeah, it's still really, really good. You notice the bleed procs are a bit less frequent, but with the staggers, it doesn't affect the fights that much. Hope you're well, G!
