How long did it take you to build your own housing project? Even when you believe you have all the resources to complete within a certain time, so many unforseen things happen along the line which either take you out of budget or force you to suspend the project for a while. This can include sickness, loss of a love one, loss of a job, school fees or other pressing needs that requires you to travel. If an individual goes through this how much more a government with so many competing needs which sometimes lead to strikes or IMF? It happens in every country, especially in developing countries and should not be a problem if successive governments complete projects of previous ones.

Masa if they can't build beautiful sky scrapers along that coast they should leave it for me ooo. When l become the head of state, l will dedicate about 150 billion dollars to develop that area. I have been thinking about that area. That's the only project that will uplift our image a little as a nation because as it stands now, our Ghana is very ugly.
