To say no build house in Ghana is not good idea however you can built some small 2bedroom for your retirement what is important is to save money for retirement
I was recently asked in my 1 year appraisal if I would accept the position of a nurse Manager. But I refused. The rest is because, for the past 1 year, they have changed the holder of that position 6 times without any apparent reason, some resigned, others were sacked. The only black person who took that position was pushed out to resign within 1 month. I cannot risk my visa by getting fired for someone’s misunderstanding or wrong perception about my practice, I’ve got a family of 3 to take care of. These are some of the reasons we stay where we are in corporate jobs.
Massa houses here do not belong to you, what is yours as a man is what you have in Ghana. Ppl can’t stay in Ghana is because of cash flow system in Ghana. The reason is not because of hospital. There are Ghanaians who travel outside for health care. If bogas have cash flow systems in Ghana most will move back. Anyone who will tell you not to build back home is an enemy to your future freedom. There is nothing here.
I have been in galamsey busines for many years before coming to Germany I know the man who is bn interviewed… a lot of people has no idea about galamsey should be we leave the gold there and die of hunger? What is the gold there doing to help the economy and the citizens that are not getting job to do? I totally agree with our water bodies that are been polluted but there is way of doing it. Galamsey of Chinese way is to he downfall of our water bodies because they make canals, water pumps, pullers alters to get water from the rivers and send the return back to the main rivers that is the real fact. Using their excavators spending money to buy fuels to get their own dam to direct their waste or the return to the dam it will cost them huge amount of money that is why they don’t want to spend that huge money. We can also make the land better after mine but who is doing??.
