The world does NOT treat Nigerians badly. It's all in your head. Nigerians are doing very well all over the world. Nigerians in the diaspora remit over 20 billion dollars to the relatives and friends in Nigeria every year. Who is treating them badly?
Nigeria did the same thing to South Africa in our World Cup qualifier in June this year but we didn't complain we played the match got the point and got out of there , South Africa have been telling the world for a long time about how horrible the other African countries have been treating them when they arrive in their countries.
The Libyan were the one's that decided on their own to land in Port Harcourt, initial plans was for the Libyan team to land at Uyo Airport. Because they refused to pay the tax in Uyo. They had already been on the Air to Uyo before they made that decision to land at Port Harcourt Airport. Dr. Kelechi Onyejide who were on ground to assist them said all these on air. The Libyan are just making things up. Even in Port Harcourt they're never delayed them. After clearance with the Immigration department, they left immediately within 45 minutes to an hour, that's all. And they traveled by road for about 45 miles which took them less than an hour to get to Uyo. I didn't know what CAF will be doing. Because someone like JJ Okocha didn't received any awards from the Afcon during his playing days. I don't know, if that was biased.

Nigeria and Libya are the same, bad countries, they're always thinking of hurting others. I don't feel sorry for Nigeria , they've been doing this to other countries too. Why are they surprised now? 😂😂😂😂. LIBYA should've reported their mistreatment instead of retaliation though.... but Nigeria is as bad as Libya in terms of treating and hurting others.
Just like the current Gaza war in Israel, in which Israelis will like to have everyone believe that it started on October 7th 2023, but they won't admit that they have been abusing Palestinians since 1948 ........ the friction between Nigeria and Libya did not start when the Libyan football team last visited Nigeria. All one has to do is a simple google or TH-cam search and you will find out that hundreds of thousands of Nigerians have been "unalived" in Libya for decades. Indeed Libyans have their prisons full of Nigerians who have been held without trial and they even go as far as openly selling Nigerians into slavery in their country. The point I'm trying to make is the poor treatment and the disrespect started on the Libyan side. Yes, the Nigerian authorities could have hosted the Libyan football team better when they visited but from what we have been informed, the Libyans share some responsibility for their poor their travel arrangements and why things went so badly wrong when they were in Nigeria.

The game should should be fixed for another day and the Libyan Football Federation should be fine by CAF and FIFA. This will serve as deterrent to other federations

How is landing in Port Harcourt cheaper than landing in uyo? It does not make sense.
WORTHY MENTION: The Libyans' flight was not diverted, they decided to land in a different city. I believe they already had these tactics in place. There is absolutely no justification for keeping Nigerian players in the airport for more than 15 hours. This is an intentional and wicked act from the Libyan officials - thank God the world is watching.
This is why I hate dealing with north Africans. These same countries play in the Arab nations Cup. Why are they allowed to play I with the rest of Africa? They always treat sub Sahara Africans like trash.
It is a disgrace. The Confederation of African Football should intervene and ensure that the Super Eagles are safe in Libya. If push comes to shove, let the team return back to Nigeria, hale and hearty. We have experienced the same treatment playing against The Mahgrebs in the past.
