You don’t understand. If u want to lose fat, low intensity walking is the best way to lose ACTUAL fat. Otherwise when u sprint or row you start losing glycogen and water instead. That’s why u never really see bodybuilders doing more than walking or stairs
That’s a good point, it boils down to heart rate. 110-120bpm is the optimal zone for fat burn. As far as calories burned tho, there are better solutions than walking
