Great series. I've built the same quad. Should have my 03 air unit the first week of March. I'm enjoying this series. Very timely for me. Happy flying amigo. Cheers 🍻
@@rattusrat yeh. My understanding is they're different in the fact that the Pro version has the aluminium mount moulded specifically to fit the O3. The carbon plate version is flat and has standard VTX mounting holes of 20mm and 25.5mm. But please do check with SpeedyBee to confirm.
very cool friend, when will there be part 3, I'm putting it together here too, watching your videos, very great, congratulations, we're together, big hugs
Great videos if you are installing a elrs receiver I think you cannot solder the sbus cable from the air unit to the flight controller or the receiver will not work, Well this is what my speedybee f405 30x30 was like when I tried to get the elrs receiver to work
Is the stack you used a 30.5x30.5 and vtx the 03 air unit? If yes, how have you been able to fit them in? I’ve got the speedybbe stack v4 30.5 x 30.5 and 03 air unit and the stack touches the 03 and can’t fit them in, so have to change stack!!
@@FSAcalabriacrew yes it a 30.5X30.5 stack, and O3 air unit. The O3 doesnt touch the fc but the rubber pad of the o3 does. But i have tighten the screw a little so that there is room for heat dissipation. Besides that i trim the m6 screw so that it doesnt touch the o3 and put only two screw digonally. Also i attach the capacitor to the xt60 plug end.

good video! keep working like this and you subs count will rise quick!
Thanks for the kind words and encouragement! 🙏
Thanks a lot, I’ll do that way then
Thank you. I am thinking of buying this. Would it fit a walksnail vtx, though?
Sorry. I don't have Walksnail to try. But you'll have to buy the non "Pro" version which comes with a different bottom VTX mounting plate.
So, the aluminum plate and carbon version might be different sizes? I think I will contact them and hear if they know about Walksnail-mounting.
