You know, I was thinking about joining a startup too, but I was worried about stability, security, and work life balance. I miss striving for something and having a thrill, though. Maybe in the future I'll try it out. Could you share your pay range or pay? You're doing so much that I feel it should be in the high end.
It definitely is fun! Ive learned lots through a variety of different projects. I will say as far as my pay range is average for a starting analyst role in Vancouver 🤣
