I'm not sure why I was recommended this video, I still watched it all. I like this review, because it is a real review, and not like those hundreds of EDC bag reviews where they all are packing "a physical notebook for writing notes on the go" (even though it just sits there never being used). I appreciate that man and completely understand what you mean. I personally seek only to review items that I actually plan to use. Welcome to the community!
Great review and the only video I've found so far that compares these keyboards directly. I went with the Dexnor because of availability (the Samsung is currently out of stock everywhere). I very much appreciate this information and the time you spent putting it together.
Loved the review it convinced me to go all in and drop the 350 for a Samsung keyboard because if I don't I know I will be wishing I did the whole time until I eventually do
This was EXACTLY the comparison I was seeking. Bought an S8 Ultra refurbished that's indistinguishable from new, although I assume the battery won't run as long, I know a builder who replaces them for $120 if I ever need. I wanted the Samsung going g into this, and you made me comfortable with my choice. I tossed around S8 Ultra vs S9 Ultra. Other than Dynamic 120 hz display that will save battery and IP 68 Water/Dust resistance (and bigger speakers) sigh... it's almost tge same experience for $250-350 less. I'm happy.
I emailed dexnor recently, they mentioned that they were putting it into their calendar, probably by the last quarter of 2024. I'm looking forward to it! Just hope that it won't get too heavy .
would be good if the case back over is more spigen thin fit pro that works with the samsung keyboard. rye thin fit pro is not great so a better armour case would be nice that let's you Cary without keyboard and have some drop protection
Honestly good review. Funny, added some things that I hadn't thought of and your brother gave the context for why he thought what which was very insightful. Good stuff.
how did u find the tackpad? was one better than the other , i am reading both samsung and dexnor trackpads are jumpy when scrolling, also had reports of multi touch not workjng well.
Not sure if it helps but I just got a dexnor keyboard for the s9 ultra and it feels really cheap. It feels pretty rough when you click and the surface of the trackpad is not as smooth as I would like as my fingers feel like they are dragging too much. However the keys and the the rest od the case feels really premium.
You definitely get a more premium trackbad on the Samsung cover keyboard, but in my opinion, the keys on the Dexnor are better and offer a bit more key travel
I actually bought the Samsung Book cover, and the Dexnor keyboard cover for $350 AUD and it still ended up being cheaper than buying Samsungs Keyboard cover for $550! Also the Samsung Book cover, lets me have a portraiture orientation for work
I've just ordered the newly released Tab S10 ultra (not yet delivered) and try to gather all information available which will help me pick up the right keyboard case for it. Your review made me discover the Dexnor, thanks. I'll go check their website for the Tab S10 ultra.
Hey, thanks to you I planned on buying the dexnor for my s8 ultra It's been sitting on my search bar for a while but now I can't find the product anymore on amazon, unlike some weeks ago. Is there any chance you have a direct link to the product on amazon? The one you put in the description only types a vague search and doesn't find anything since It's a general search Thank you, I would really appreciate it!
Awesome video. Got a dexnkr keyboard for my s9 ultra but the track pad feels horrible. Was wanting to get a different one but the samsung one is double the price.

Better to buy right the one you want now then to buy twice. Hope you enjoy your new keyboard and glad to hear you found the video useful!

great video, i like your calm attitude, keep it up!
Also got Dexnor after watching the video, thanks. I am a bit worried about the trackpad though. Multigestures work properly?
Great review, guys. Thanks for the information!
You are most welcome!
Those samsung ones for the s9 ultra are $550 AUD, got a dexnor for $150 AUD
Sounds like a steal!
Can I ask where you got it from in Australia? I can’t find it on Amazon Australia store. It’s 149usd in Amazon US store.
@@netwolfstarit's on Amazon AU
Crazy prices
Dexnor have a floating keyboard like Magic Keyboard but only for s9 and s9+ not for the Ultra I hope the bring one out for the ultra.
Ah yes the floating keyboard for the s9 does look nice

Dexnor said it would be too heavy and scrapped the idea😢..
Great Video!! Very thorough review.

We appreciate that, glad to here you enjoyed the video!
Things have changed. The Samsung case, because its no longer made / hard to find is often $250+ now. Is it worth it? If you want it, its worth it.
Thanks very helpful review!
No problem at all

Great review thx guys
If you detatch the samsung book cover case from the s9 ultra will you still be able to type on it? Or does it need to be attached to work?
Nope the Samsung one needs to be connected to work however the Dexnor still works when detached via bluetooth
@jongreentech thank you
Good review!

Does the Dexnor keyboard come with auto correct or have an option to enable it?
are these prices right because rn on amazon the samsung bookcover costs 220 gbp...
I just dont think anything can justify £350 for a keyboard case. Thats just insane.
I agree, though since the initial release the price has come down quite alot, making it more viable option: amzn.to/3ZXYmEB
Is it any good
My brother likes the functionality of Dexnor keyboard but he admits that the trackpad on the Samsung keyboard is superior
@@jongreentech i'm looking to get a keyboard for my s8ultra but cant find it anywhere
I just purchased my keyboard. But I didn't know you can remove it.
Yep both pieces indeed, which one did you decide on going with?
Awesome video. Got a dexnkr keyboard for my s9 ultra but the track pad feels horrible. Was wanting to get a different one but the samsung one is double the price.
Yeah personally that's one of my caveats with the Dexnor. The track bad does feel as great
So I need to buy both? 😢
According to my brother yes lol. However if it came to one or the other he said he'd go with the Samsung.
Thx for vid.
It's better option "Doqo" - now 85€ for keyboard and 3,5€ for the mouth. The same quality, less money.
Si ya sabías que el abuelo no hizo nada, porque pusiste ése título....el abuelo puede demandarte....
Pides respeto para las víctimas...no entiendo 🤔
Great review guys...
Much appreciated
