    And practice, practice, practice... It feels so good when you finally get it. Everyday all winter I would use all of Pat's described techniques in the garage with high psi filled tires. I would also put a piece of paper under the front tire on the cement to make it a little less stable. Pat thanks for another great training video!

    So basic but so important. That tree at 1:54 looks like it's floating over the grass 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 🤹🏿‍♂️ pretty good l thought leaning against a tree would have been a point against you.

    So when kicking a leg out, is it opposite to the side where the bike is falling? My experience is that in doing so the peg on the fall side gets more pressure making it fall harder. Then again, I can't juggle either :-). Thank you very much for the vid btw.
