Extreme Freight Trains on Montana's Bozeman Pass

Presented in 4K - Various BNSF freight trains battling the Bozeman Pass, in central Montana. Located between Bozeman and Livingston on the MRL 2nd Subdivision, is the Bozeman Pass. With grades upwards of 2.2%, this section of rail line showcases some of the finest freight train running around.
Manned helper sets are based out of Livingston, and are common sights on the Bozeman Pass. Before the takeover, helper power was all MRL power. Now, BNSF EMD power is a common sight for the helpers. Nonetheless, still a very cool sight to see and hear!

Very nice! In the 5-minute range I was astounded to see three C-44-9Ws on a loaded coal train. In my area the BNSF uses ONLY AC units on coal trains, so the change was a bit startling.

Wow! Bozeman Pass has some of Montana's best scenery I've ever seen. Lots of green grass areas, plenty of hills, a pond, and more to see. Nice job on the footage of the freight trains at work!

I love to count how many cars are in a train, but nobody shows the whole train pass without cutting away for different views. This makes me lose count so I have to move on an look for another!
