- I upgraded my old stock taillights to a set of new Spyder sequential taillights for my 987 Cayman S! I've wanted these taillights even before I got my Cayman and I'm so stoked I finally got them! They look amazing and the best looking taillights you can get for these cars.

I have a set of these lights. One of the tail lights stopped working (The large C shaped light) all of the other lights on the tail light still work (brake light,sequential blinker). Has anybody had any similar issues?

They look alot better but I have seen even better ones that look like 718 lights.

Did notice a 1/4 inch gap when you put the new led tail light on and did use the new gasket that came with the new led tail light?

Top tip (as you found out): put a towel down so the nuts can't disappear into the abyss as they make their escape. You also may want to wait with unplugging the connector as the last step so you have a safety umbilical cord in case they try to fall out. Those new taillights look great.
