I just got an idea I love the look of them but not the price. So I guess I'll make my own. It will not be wireless but at least it will look and sound good.
A good set of speakers is always well worth it, I don't think I could ever go back to cheap audio. My Sennheiser HD280pro headphones aren't top of the range or the best you can get, but the sound is deeper and richer compared to my last $60 headphones.

it's not like bno make anything else in the chain worth buying either their sources are crap too why blow 5k on a pair of active speakers to plug into a surround av system that doesn't even support true hd or master audio dts ? i've got bno gear so i'm aware of it's glaring limitations in real world situations

B&O are pointlessly overpriced. You're paying for the design (specifically royalties to the designer) and could probably find better sounding products at half the price.
Obox2550 I'm not. Something overpriced but still cheaper than a more expensive better product is not a better value. For example a $5000 car that is crappy is not a better value than a $10000 car that has more is more comfortable, can go faster, has better fuel economy, has more features, etc.

7300.00 for the latest B&O speakers..... Compared to other audiofile grade stuff, I think, is dirt cheap, price-wise. Very esoteric and artistic.
