LOL Anyway I won't be live now for a couple of weeks so I can do some other things on a Sunday, probably maintenance at home! Arhhh! Good job I like doing those things though. Paul 🎨

Any hints or tips on getting image onto black paper?

Hi Karen, I've never tried painting on black paper yet, but you can buy the white version of the graphite backed paper. This is very usual for transferring onto other surfaces other than paper as well. I'm not sure if it's easy to remove though so beware.....
If you do a Googly searchy thing for white transfer paper, you should come across it. Paul 🎨

Can you use this method with a clutch pencil

    • @TheDevonArtist

Hi Desmond, I've never tried a clutch pencil but as long as you can lengthen the lead for allowing the pencil to be used nearly on it's side for shading purposes, I can't see why not. Clutch pencils are one of the oldest and most reliable types of pencils out there, they sort of remind me of those arcade toy grabbers the way they grab the thicker lead inside, give it a go and let me know. 😀

Hi Melinda, yes give it a coupe of weeks and I will be back. As mentioned I may be doing a 'Paint Along with Paul' session, so you will need to watch out for any info nearer the time on my Facebook page which as you know is facebook.com/thedevonartistpaul/
