I wanna say Yvonnes story made me cry tears of joy for her! So, happy to hear that this has helped her, so much! Beautiful!! I am 69 years old and I have Pagets disease in my right hip and the 5th vertebrae of my spine (it cause softening of the bones). I also have spinal stenosis in my lower back (commonly known as Sciatica) and I also have it in my neck (caused from whiplash). So, I have a lot of pain also, I live in south florida. I've learned that all the B vitamins will help with my pain. Anyway, thank you for this story...I loved it!!

Nice one, Miss Sarah. That place looked a lot like Tecopa. Next time I'm out there I'll stay there and have a big breakfast and for the first time ever, soak in a hot spring. I was in a hot tub once about 30 years ago. It had powerful water jets and lots of bubbles. It was fun. You look very trim and svelte. I hope this gets past the censor.

We forgot to pick me up in Ohio! Sounds good to me about the healing water. I have toenail fungus. This may be contagious not sure. If the water will help out his wife with cancer of the blood, then it may as well be helpful to me with low blood sugar. I am cold in the house right now it is about 51 or 52 or so. One is perking up too. Been up all night too. Low sugar can keep me up. I would like the try the water out if the guy would let me in with toe nail fungus. It makes the toenails thicker and really brittle. I cut them yet it is hard to cut thick toenails. Have fun. The breakfast looks very good for $5 dollars. Not bad. I tried to let one know about the Navajo Fry Bread. Try not to eat too much of this the indians are big on youtube. Trust me on this one. I eat about two pancakes that I make. 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of instant oat oppotional. A quarter of the teaspoon of dry yeast, 3/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and some hot water. If I have complete waffle mix or complete pancake mix I put in a cup of this. When baking, the cup is over filled up to heaping. I use something like a cool whipp bowel of warm water and put half the water in at first. The yeast will activate and one will smell it going. The dough gets like elastic and stretches. Then the dough can be fried. I thin mine out for pancakes, and cook two pancakes. The rest of the batter goes in the fridge over night or it can sit out in a cool place with a lid or plastic wrap on it. If I have it I use the flavored oat meal. Or I just eat mine plain. This is Friday so I will be making this latter on. If any of this I just wrote is confusing just search online for indian fry bread. They make theirs about the size of a cake pan. They fry that big pice of stiff dough in oil and sell it for five dollars. They put on it meat and other stuff too. It may be better just to look it up. Have fun. Hope one makes some of this a few times to check it out. One's doggie may like some of the fry bread too. I had a slice of white bread and I ate that then I got one of the Indian fry breads that I mixed up and cooked and ate and this was way better than the white foam bread. Paul in Ohio
