Mine won’t shift into 4WD. Do you have to take the entire front clip off to check the cable?

No you don’t. I just do for better access.

Hey man, How far does that pin move in an out in the diff when the handle bar lever is switched from 2wd to 4wd ?

Just a little. It was packed full of dirt in that area around it so imma take it out…clean the area real good to see if it makes a difference. If not I’ll take the front diff apart and see what’s going on

Why did you have to pull it all apart to adjust the cable? Mine 2wd/4wd switch broke and I can’t get the cable to move at all. It is stuck in 4wd.
