I wouldn't say its anything crazy but you can definitely feel the less drag on the 1060. The 1060 feels like a big foil that you can push into some decent speed for this kind of foil but the 1120 I would say just wants to go in its own pace. All around the 1060 would be my foil of choice between the two unless I weighed way over 100kg and just needed as much help as possible getting started.
